Nice and quite, cameras everywhere and there monitored day and night, individual parking, Storage sheds. Individual fenced yard with patio. No Parties or Loud Music, There is quite time From 9pm to 6am. Mostly couples, with a few exceptions to single adults. Respectful. Close to grocery store and fast food, circle K, etc. The one bedrooms are small but comfortable. Manager on premises 24/7 For emergencies after 5pm. Call 911 or leave message with Luis, everything else. Call or / see office hours. Laundry room and swimming pool Strict rules apply for everyone. Trash, water, and sewer are included in rent.
