5Very pleased with the services Yuma Pro Pool provides. Jason, who takes care of our pool does a fantastic job and always takes care of any issue we may have.
Don't recommend. They company was good before they sold. Now with ownership their services aren't good nor do they reply back. They refuse to call or email. They won't fix their employees mistakes. Wish I could say something nice but can't.
Quality service that always shows up. Dan also knows his stuff and has no problem fixing things when we need him to. His company is reliable - my wife is disabled at home with our dogs and she needs a heads up so she can get them inside, they have no problem remembering to text her before showing up each time.
I would not recommend this company at all. I called to schedule service and have not heard back from them. Obviously the 2.4 rating is a clear indicator of the level of unprofessionalism.
Always on time, responsible, takes immediate action, he knows pools and very affordable. Before and after in 3 days.
