6We came here to purchase a necklace for my wife, but got turned away at the enterance from the Biden/Fauxi fake mask enforcers. We went down the way to the Helzberg Diamonds store and spent a few Thousand dollars there. We were treated like royalty at Helzberg. There were ZERO customers in this Zales store, only masked up BROKE employees. Get woke, go broke!
Usually very helpful and take care of our rings, cleanings, and sizings!

Call and spoke with two people. I asked if they had what I was looking for. Told them I just drove to a closed store the website said was open. They said yes we have it but we are going to lunch 3-330! Why do they both need to take lunch when at 3? I was a customer calling and telling them I was on the way to buy! Sorry but bad business. Won’t shop here!
One star it's way more than what they deserve.
Just before Christmas i bought my lady a pair of earrings. She got something similar from her mom, to spare her feelings we opted to return mine.
Here's where the nightmare begins.
We stop by on the 12/29/19 and returned them we're told because of the amount we'll get a "check" from thier office, today it's 02/12/20 and still have yet to get "the check". I have been told all kinds of excuses from the office and the store. I finally called the 1800 number. It took me 8 minutes the first call to talk to a "costumer service person" that was of no help as soon as i told her what i was calling about put me on hold until i hung up and called again. Second call 43 minutes finally they said the return had been processed just earlier in the week. This a place i will never buy from again.
I was assured the refund will arrive on today Tuesday and guess what? NOTHING
