Zanes Law, Tucson AZ

I was a client I started my case with Zanes Law, I was dropped for lack of contact. When I picked up a file today that was at least 5 inches thick. I first started off at the Southside location when I lived by the Northside location they got shut down, 30% was closed deal, had communicated that I was still under care of doctors and gave doctors names just in December of specialists that are going to do the surgery on my back. So how is that lack of communication? I say in my opinion Doug treated law like his dad sold cars, yeah close down shops and now down to only a few locations stretched himself out probably had too much caseload, had to drop people. I wonder how many other people are getting the same disappointing news that now they "only have six months to find a new attorney and get everything together and filed and claimed! " Thanks for nothing!

I'm currently speaking with zanes law and I appreciate the way they have answered my questions and have helped me out so far. I have full faith that they will resolve my case. I recommend them 5 star!

First Chiropractic has worked with Zanes Law firm with many cases involving accident victims. I've always found them to be professional and exemplary in their work. Would definitely recommend Zanes Law for someone that has been involved in an accident.

Can't really recommend them. Didn't keep us in the loop and whenever we called we always got a different lawyer who was not familiar with our case.

I am currently working with them. I really like Nick Gayer! He explains things in a way that I can understand! I have only had a few problems with my case manager returning my calls.

So very disappointed! It always took forever for the lawyer to get back to us (sometimes a month or more) and we were given a lawyer in a different city.

As soon as the point arrived where we had to sue the person at fault we were dropped like rotten meat.i guess when things get hard they run like whimpering dogs.

Lawyers are rude, they think they can talk to there clients very disrespectfully. Settled Money early December finally released my funds in mid February.

We were involved in an accident, we called Zanes law looking to get some information. Off the bat they were very happy to help, almost pushy. So we discussed further with them, untill I mentioned I had been ticketed. He immadetley told me he couldnt talk anymore without consuling his supervisor and he told me i could expect a callback soon. Never called me back, and when I call them nobody picks up. They're all willing to help unless its a tricky situation. Very dissapointed. Would NOT recomend.
