Cesar is amazing! He comes twice a week and is the biggest help in maintaining our property. He is always eager to help and goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied.

I have hired Zebra Cleaning several times and I am very impressed with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and thorough. We had zebra cleaning come clean our white couch. We have 3 boys and 2 dogs so it’s gets a lot of use! After the cleaning the couch looks brand new. The stubborn stains are gone even on the arm rests. I am very pleased with the service. We will be using them again.

I was the property manager at one of the central self storages here in north side of Phoenix. And we used zebra cleaning and the cleaner that came to the my property name was Caesar and I would like to say that he Caesar did a very good job he's very respectful he's very polite always on time and just did a good overall very good job.

It was our first time using Zebra Cleaning and they were amazing and so easy to work with! From scheduling via text while we were out of town to our appointment day, it was the best experience! Nicole was so thorough and did such an amazing job! She might be my new best friend. The house is spotless, smells AMAZING, and they even changed the trash with the cuuuutest garbage bags (little details!) Highly recommend Zebra and especially Nicole!

IF you want a clean home don’t trust Zebra cleaning to do it. I gave this company more than enough tries to get this right and they have not. I know I waited too long to fire them, but I have a cleaning service because I have severe RA to my hands and feet that make it very difficult for me to clean my own home. It was just easier to have them come then to find a new cleaner. My home is tidy and ZERO pickup that needs to be done. There are areas of clutter like the gym/band room, office but they are not mentioned below as that would be unfair.
1. First they cannot make a bed like they put the sheets on wrong. Okay no big deal I can do that myself.
2. Then we realized they were not cleaning the ceiling fans super gross. We let them know, I think they are doing that now.
3. They were not removing the sink grate or cleaning under it. Which is extra super gross. We let them know and they are sometimes doing it now, but mostly I must double check and clean it myself most weeks.
4. The shower. I asked them to scrub the shower because it was getting mildew on the sides, I didn't expect them to do that every time but at least when we specifically asked. Guess who was on their hands and knees scrubbing out the shower? It was me.
5. Billing they switch out their billing system and used an old card that I did not want used luckily, I caught it and was able to switch it out. Who just goes and bills an old card they had on file, months and I mean months after it was replaced?
6. Window seals. It is supper hot, so we haven't had our windows or our blinds open and guess what, it looks like the window seals have not been dusted in that whole time. Super gross and bad for allergies. I have gone through today and cleaned them all today. When I reached out, I was told there is a touch up service for things like this, but they must be within 24 hours even through you can clearly tell it hasn’t been dusted in months through the pictures I sent to them for context on the photos below, my house was cleaned 6 days ago.
I will NEVER recommend Zebra cleaning to anyone who wants a clean home. They also don’t seem to care if you have a clean home. I gave them many chances and their response has been to make a note, so here is mine.

I have been using zebra cleaning services for over 3 months now. The employee assigned to my property is Cesar. He does an amazing, consistent quality job without the need of supervision. I like that we always have the same person and Cesar is always willing to help with special projects that need attention. Highly recommend!

I have been using Zebra Cleaning for four months now and have been pleasantly surprised at each person's professionalism and thoroughness. The main office is great at communicating via text to let me know the schedule and if there are any changes. I have found that each gal who comes to clean (90% of the time it has been the same person) is pleasant, caring, and very capable. I would highly recommend Zebra Cleaning!
