Zero One Ice, Glendale AZ

This is my new favorite local boba place! It’s very well kept and clean. The music taste is. The milk tea and boba are super fresh and tasty. In the first photo its their oolong milk tea 10/10, matcha w boba 10/10 and the winter melon tea 9/10. The second photo is the matcha again and their passion fruit tea 8/10. The customer service is also really good. Overall, it’s worth your time and money!

I went here for a cup sleeve event and it was great! Really creative and delicious drinks and a positive atmosphere

Love this place, even that service is a little slow, is worth the waiting, I try this type of ice shave in Hawaii, and finding this place in Phoenix is amazing, I want to try all the flavors lol

I had a really nice experience here! Boba was amazing, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, I don’t really like sugary drinks so they made me great drinks recommendations for me and my friends. Definitely going again.

Very poor experience. My boyfriend and I ordered together. He got his shaved ice and ate it all the while the girl was taking and making other orders while I sat and waited. She proceeded to give others their orders. There are whole marshmallows and Oreos not a complaint but it's weird and awkward to have an extra large marshmallow with shaved ice. Waited over a half hour and gave up on my order and left. Does not recommend. Food was meh according to my boyfriend just weird to have full size cookies to try to crunch up with your shaved ice. Plus the service was terrible.

Their boba is fresh and the smoothie tastes so good! You can tell it’s real ingredients and not juices or powders. Not to mention this place is so clean, friendly, and fast service

So many options! Things I’ve never heard before but always fun to try new things. I got the Cheesy Black Tea, and it was bomb!
They also have a bunch of games to play with the kids!

I love Zero One Ice! Their boba drinks are consistently 10/10. I always bring some for my family because they’re equally as obsessed. Unfortunately, they don’t have dairy free options for a smoothie or milk tea like oat or almond milk. I’m not allergic to milk but I do get the occasional pimple or two after having any dairy so I try to avoid. But their drinks are so good, I don’t care haha.
Also, I feel they’re a little expensive so I stopped treating myself as often.
But I can’t deny their drinks are delicious

Ever time i come in they are so kind & very helpful & it’s great service & we love the boba is great i recommend 100%

I had called in to ask them if there was a way for them to make sugar-free beverages. My wife had bariatric surgery about a month and a half ago. And she can only have sugar-free drinks. Not only did they go through their menu to see what they could make sugar-free for me, but they were also willing to work with me to try and get my wife the best possible option. It was good to see that they were being very accommodating. I highly recommend this place. It was my first time going and it was a great experience nonetheless.
They have a shelf there that has a bunch of kids games. And it was fun to be able to sit down and play games with my son while we were waiting for the drinks to be made

We stumbled on Zero One Ice when we wanted something sweet after a concert. We were surprised to seea boba place open quite late and decided to check it out and we're so glad that we did. The drinks and shaved ice we had were amazing. The shaved ice was so fluffy, soft, and flavorful. And the portion was very generous. Service was excellent and super friendly. We're now obsessed with this place and glad it's pretty close to us.

This is my new boba frequent! I absolutely love the boba here, it's very well made as well as the milk tea! I've yet to try anything else but I do intend to in the future.it's a cute and comfortable little shop with some of my favorite music playing. The same lady is there every time i visit and it's always nice to see her, she's very kind!

Super good boba! The drinks were great and well made. Service was quick too even with only 1 person working. We will definitely be back.

Their promo for their grand opening makes it worth the visit! It makes me want to try some other drinks they offer. Cute place

This industry is considered as very elastic so if you put the prices too high your demand will decrease. I ordered salt coffee and it is considered as overpriced compared to the substitute coffee of Starbucks while the taste is not too good. Pricing strategy is very important. Thanks.

Prices way to high especially for the area. $8 for a drink is insane lol thats $2 more then the surrounding boba shops

Worker last night was very nice she checked in on me to make sure my drink wasnt too sweet:) the drinks and shaved ice are great!

My 7 year old has been waiting for this place to open. Now it has become a Saturday tradition for us after the gym. The Boba is fresh and awesome. Great selection, highly recommended.

Great new milktea spot with a lot of variety, they're also willing to custom make drinks for you, which a lot of places can't (or won't) do. Service is friendly, there's a ton of space and the vibe is laid-back and quiet. I had the taro and the wintermelon and they were both great.

Definitely excited about having a good boba place near our gym.
