American Restaurant Zinburger reviews
16Good burgers for an okay price. Usually come a bit on the rarer side so take that into account while ordering. Nice staff.
Zineburger is a great place to take the family after a great afternoon after being in a park. Drinks and deserts are great and the food is awesome. I made a custom crispy Chicken & beef patty burger. Texture and taste was great and not heavy in grease. What stood out to me was the service that was provided! Loved our server Bridget! Watched her with others and she was prompt and polite. The Atmosphere of this Zinburger is one i enjoyed as it was kept very clean!
I can’t fully express how bad the food was. My fellow diner and I both ordered the battered fish sandwich, a special. There was more crust than fish. It was hard, dry, overcooked, a complete disappointment. The zucchini fries seemed to have excessive batter too. We sat on the patio and my tail bone still hurts from the REALLY uncomfortable metal chairs. Our waitress was incredibly nice and regularly refilled our iced tea. She also brought me a to-go cup. Despite her efforts I still count that as one of the worst meals I’ve ever had.
I really wanted to like this place. I ordered the El Diablo burger & my partner ordered the zinburger. Both had bland meat patties with subpar toppings. The El Diablo has chipotle aioli that tasted nothing like chipotle, it just had a kick of heat (probably to distract from the lack of flavor in the meat).
The burgers are served a la carté, so we ordered truffle fries & onion rings. The truffle fries were a 1/5, nothing special about them & a small serving size for the price. I liked the onion rings + the bbq sauce they came with, would give them a 5/5. My partner had a root-beer float, said it was exactly what you would expect but nothing more.
The interior of the restaurant is spunky and uplifting. The waitresses were all kind & it was nice and cold inside. That being said, I don’t think I’ll ever dine here again nor recommend to a friend.
My total came to $53 w/out tip, making this lunch just over $60 for 2 people. I left unsatisfied in every way.
Excellent burgers per my hubby and daughters (Diablo, Samburger and 1 BYOB) and I LOVED the California burger bowl. Zucchini fries are meh - too mushy but the onion rings are fabulous. We will definitely return. Service was great despite the lack of servers - the bartender was our server and she did a great job considering.
Food was very good, waitress very good. However the gentleman seating us was very very slow.
Been a few times nit this location, great experience. It's a bit spendy "for a burger" but you need to consider the burger in question, which in my opinion beats most places steaks, in the under $25 range. Worth it!
Good food, great service, albeit a bit slow, nice on the patio. Not cheap, but very high quality.
Some of the best burgers in Tucson in my opinion. I've gone to get food here at least a few dozen times. The staff is always kind, and the food never disappoints.
Great outdoor dining. Great service. Excellent food. The Zinburger was fantastic! Zucchini fries were light, crispy and tasty. Will definitely go back.
The restaurant is very nice and clean. The servers are very polite and kind. The food however is pretty average. It is labeled as gourmet but I didn't know gourmet meant bland meat.
I got the Zin burger and it was typical burger to say the least.
Server Bobbie and manager Andrew's customer service is awesome. Always very friendly and helpful
The food was delicious and quickly prepared. The servers were very attentive, originally it was a 20 minute wait but a table opened up really quickly and we were able to get seated and order within 5. Good selection of food and both indoor and outdoor seating.
The patio was super cool and dog friendly, even in late June.
The server, Olivia, was really great too!
Gluten free fries (on request) were a treat for my food sensitive wife.
Drove 25 minutes looking forward to trying this place for the first time. When I got there with 2 other family members the restraunt was half empty but the hostes said that we needed to sit outside and there was no seats available in the restaurant. We went outside and the patio was about 10 degrees hotter then the outside of the restaurant. We asked the hostess if we could sit at one of the many open tables inside of the resteraunt and we were told that the bartender didn't want to sit anymore people inside the resteraunt. We asked the hostess if she would want to sit in the sweltering heat, she said no. We left and walked a block down to Sullivan's steakhouse. I probably won't ever go back to try Zinburger.
