The worst emergency room ever. I was left in the waiting room for 5 hours with a 6 year old that needed atitches. Had to stop my daughter's bleeding myself. She bled for 2 hours soaking an entire pool towl. When we got a quick visit with the rn she gave us a fresh towel since my daughter's was soaked with blood. Then said she needed stitches and sent us back to the waiting room. Some traumas came in so we waited patiently understanding that our daughter's stitches where not life threatening. We finally went and asked them what was taking so long and they tried to claim that we had went up there and said we where leaving because my daughters bleeding stopped. The only thing i had asked them for was a barf bag because the pain was making her sick. Then when I called their bluff their story changed saying they called us multiple times and we didn't answer, which was also untrue. We hadn't moved from our spot they had sat us after the rn visit. They ended up stressing me out so bad that I had a severe panic attack and started hyperventilating and the only person to check on me was a security guard who was sent to prevent a scene. Then when I went to where they took my daughter the lady in charge of taking our complaint was trying to talk to me at the same time the new rn was putting shots in my daughter's foot while my daughter was screaming. Then the stitches started and the lady said she got enough information. I held my daughter as she screamed bloody murder saying it still hurt alot despite the numbing shot. They kept going till about halfway when they decided to give her another numbing shot which finally worked. Once he was done we asked to see the lady again now that my daughter wasn't in pain, the lady was upset that we had asked her back in. I wanted to confirm she recieved our complaint. I asked her to put a word for word quote in her report stating my side of the story. She refused saying she would do her own report in her words. I have yet to receive a call back from the hospital about everything that happened. My daughter is traumatized from their awful treatment. She asked me why the people at the hospital hate her. I had to explain they didn't hate her, they were just scared we'd sue and people show that fear by trying to bully the upset people out of being upset. If you have any choice at all avoid this hospital.

Been here for 5 hrs Doctor had true test results. But says he trying to figure out what to do. Very simple either my husband had fluid on his lungs either removed it or send us home makes no sense

Horrifying doctor. Didnt care, didnt wanna do her job. Just horrible. Please just avoid this place. I have transported patients here who should have not even been sent out.

THE ENTIRE STAFF IS FANTASTIC! "DOOO NOTTTTT, EVER GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM". I HAVE LITERALLY BEEN AROUND THE ENTIRE WORLD, AND, THIS HOSPITAL SHOULD FIND A BETTER WAY TO WASTE THEIR MONEY". "PERIOD". I HAVE, NEVER EVER HAD SUCH AN INADEQUATE,, EMERGENCY ROOM DOCTOR, AND, ONE OF HIS NURSES, STABBED ME 9 TIMES TO FIND A BLOOD VEIN TO START AN IV SYSTEM. ONLY AFTER I TOLD THAT YOUNG LADY TO JUST STOP, AND, GET ME SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING! I HAVE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC VEINS TO FIND, I FOUND THAT OUT IN THE AIR FORCE, AND, MY DAUGHTER, (who just graduated from NURSING SCOOL, LAST WEEK, WITH 2 BACHELET DEGREES AND 1 ASSOCIATE DEGREE, WHILE IN HER VERY FIRST CHANCE, WHILE STILL IN COLLEGE, SHE PUNCTURED THE VEIN, ON HER VERY FIRST ATTEMPT". SHE GRADUATED ON THE, "PRESIDENTIAL LIST". I'M POSITIVITY SURE THAT AMMC CAN MISUSE "OUR MONEY, IN A VERY USEFUL PART OF AMM, (BY THE WAY, I KNOW YOUR, C. E. O). HAVE A GREAT SPLENDID, SPRING DAY.

Not recommended. Very in & out WHICH IS GOOD but, Doctor didn’t want to hear any questions we had about my son. He would literally cut us off in the middle of the question, just to finish the survey on his phone then show results & leave. No heroes working here He didn’t even know what was actually going on.

The ER department honestly is horrible. They Ladies at the don't desk are really mean. Some of the nurses are really rude.
