Karas Health Care

COVID testing is NOT free at this site. Was charged $135 for a new patient fee and $40 for PPE fee. The staff will tell you it's free but it is not.

Was forgotten for two hours in June, (someone literally turned my paper around as if I had been seen and no one noticed for two hours until I finally asked what the issue was). The next time I tried them months later they forgot to send my prescriptions my pharmacy entirely which, if you have ever been in urgent need of care, is a huge problem. They saw me on a Friday, didn't send in the prescription on Friday or Saturday and are closed Sunday so there goes three days minimum. With no medication. Lucky for me it wasn't medication I would die without. I tried to give them a second chance and this was the result.

Edited to add: I understand we are enduring COVID and that all health care workers are stressed. That's why I was willing to try them again. However, this repeated treatment is ridiculous and if I had a more serious condition could result in real inexcusable harm.

Dr. Rob offers prompt and professional services. He is personable and answers any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring doctor.

Dr Karas is very caring. He is one of the best Doctors I have ever met. I've also seen Dr Ramsey now. She is so smart and her bedside manner is so comforting. Thank you to all of the staff here. I always feel safe and comfortable at this clinic!

I had the BEST experience with Dr. Karas and his team today. Super efficient and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Definitely will be going back for future medical needs! Thank you, Dr. Karas and staff!

Absolutely the BEST clinic! We started bright and early this morning to be one of the first at the clinic for a covid test. The PA and her Medical Assistant were AWESOME and so fun! Needless to say, getting a COVID test with an 8year old and thinking of build a bears and starburst can really ease the brain swab.for both of us. The gentleman (medical assistant, tall cat with hair pulled back) was so fun and really helped ease our hearts when providing the test.
The check in process was great and easy and the staff in the building running the whole show was excellent and kind! We appreciate you and what you are doing for our community.this isn't just a job to them, they genuinely care. Thanks again! Prayers for a negative test.

Came in for an annual checkup. In and out quick and easy and everyone was incredibly nice. And I didn’t have to schedule an appointment 4 months in advance like so many other clinics.

Best clinic in town! Everyone there is so friendly and efficient. They get you in and out, without ever feeling rushed. That includes same day appointments and walk-ins! Sontina is amazing and always takes good care of me. Dr. Karas is such a kind man and he really knows what he is doing. I recommend them to everyone!

With each and every visit I am more confident about my health and the care I receive. The doctors and nurses here are incredibly knowledgeable in their field and always treat me with care and respect. This clinic has a hell of a crew and I will not go anywhere else. If i could give more stars, I would.

Everyone was super friendly from the moment I walked into the building. Also they got me straight back so I didn’t have to wait forever. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Washington county area. I won’t be using anyone else.

Had an appt today for my daughter. The office staff were all super professional and really nice! Got us in for appt as soon as we arrived. NO WAITING! Will definitely be back!

So happy to have discovered Karas Health Care. I called ahead and they were able to get me in promptly. Exceptional care, friendly staff, and a willingness to help me get over a cold quickly. I will use Karas Health Care from now on!

Very thankful for Karas Clinic, especially Abby. She spends ample time with her patients, actually listens to them, and explains all of their concerns and options. Her goal is to heal, but also be conscientious of the patients finances. It's comforting to know there is a place that sees patients as people, and not dollar signs. Many thanks to the entire staff.
