I don't know about the rest of the team, but I am new to the Russellville area and worked with an agent by the name of Denise Bull from start to finish in my search for a new place. I am 65 and have bought 6 or 7 homes in my life. I have never worked with an agent that was more in tune to my wants and needs, along with the desire to go above and beyond the call of duty. I can not adequately describe how awesome Tabitha Davis and her team with regards to our experience having their services rendered for us in any of the languages I speak fluently or terribadly.

Through thick and thin Tabitha and her team were phenomenal and for one particular instance saved us from buying a house with $30k+ worth of termite damage waiting to surprise an unlucky purchaser. Everything looked great at first, and we were only a few days from closing when she got a gut feeling and dug deeper with an additional inspection being required.

I choose to believe that the sellers were not purposefully concealing anything and were as surprised as we were. But I am very thankful that Tabitha has the experience and sixth sense (apparently) to pull miracles.

The home we ended up with fits our needs and we have no complaints with any of the service and care we received from this wonderful, professional, and all around wonderful human being and her team.
