11I’ve gotten every pre-order that I’ve placed from these folks, and packed very well every time.
DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. I had to repeatedly email them for two weeks to get a shipping confirmation for items in-stock. Once I received my package, one item was correct and one wrong. They said they'd send the correct item out ASAP. Then I was ghosted. I had to get my bank involved to get a refund and cancel my backordered item. Believe the reviews. Wish I would've listened.
Big scam, doesn't respond, doesn't ship items, be careful and don't do business with this guy. His website says DON'T USE PAYPAL, so he can scam you and take the money and you can't get it back.
I’ve done business with 1 stop diecast five different times, everything arrived around the time it was expected to and everything was as described. Incredible service, awesome online presence.
Never answered the email, never returned the message and never picked up the phone. Bad customer service. I should give 0 star
I haven't ordered from this company in a few years because of my first experience with them a few years back. I placed a pre-order a few years back. Shipping was supposed to be free. I received my order and saw I was charged a ridiculous amount for shipping. I called and left messages and sent an email, but I never received a response. Order was well packed which is why I gave them a star.
Placed an order and never heard anything for almost 3 weeks. Called to cancel my order and was told by Fred that I couldn’t cancel my order that still hadn’t shipped yet. Will never order from this crooked company again. I will definitely let everyone know not to order from these people. I’d give them zero stars if I could
If i could leave 0 stars I would. Attempted to order items. Emailed to cancel the order and never received a response. Have since sent 7 emails with no response and have called numerous times and never spoken with someone. This company is a scam and do not waste you time.
I've been working with 1stopdiecast for almost 20 years. Never had a single issue with product or service.
Never use this company again.ordered $400 worth of diecast.never received my order they said they recall the items back and where gonna send me my money back.still to this day I haven't got my money back and this order was from August last year
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is the worst. They charged our CC and marked items as shipped, but we never received anything. After spending MONTHS trying to resolve the issue Fred, the owner, tells us he cannot process the refund because our bank is refusing the refund? !? SO I say, cut us a check. Fred says he doesn't DO checks? ! There are literally dozens of ways to transfer money (Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, bank apps, etc.) and we would have taken any of these. But alas, Fred doesn't seem to understand how to keep track of anything, including money transfers, diecast orders, contact info, and so on. Total scam artists. Do no use 1 stop diecast, they will screw you over. All Fred could offer was excuses. I own a small retail business, and any time there is a discrepancy involving money, we do anything we can to resolve the issue ASAP. Not Fred. Fred finds money reconciliation complicated.
