7This is an expensive garage that closes at 9pm. If you miss that time you cannot leave. Even though it is automated and you pay through an app and are to just drive out. They lock up and you have to come back the next day.
NOT PUBLIC PARKING
The garage was open and signs read like it was public. The gates were open, even the mechanical gate that moves up and down, with a big sign that says “JUST DRIVE IN” and in tiny letters “closed on the weekend”. I just drove in
2 pm on a sunday, came back after lunch, found my car locked inside. No contact info listed. Called San Mateo police, they’re sending someone over to try and help, but I assume there’s not much they can do. Was anyone able to get their car out?
Agreed to everyone’s reviews here. I just reported Metropolis to the federal government bad business practice and scam activity. To everyone, please submit this company to fraudulent so we can get rid of it in our society.
THIS IS NOT PUBLIC PARKING! The signs were very confusing to us and we thought it was. So we found our car locked inside the garage when we returned at 9: 30PM as the gate was closed at 9PM. We could not find any contact information of the garage manager and we had to call 911 to open the gate! Do not invite people to drive in if you do not intend to be a public space!
Car got stuck here over the weekend.
There is a small sign that says that the garage promptly closes at 9pm. But we saw it after the garage was closed.
Please change the hours of this parking lot…
AVOID AT ALL COST! Closed at 9pm Friday and all weekend long? Our car is stuck all weekend! Please change your hours, this is completely ridiculous.
