2I have been renting 101 jumps for about two years and I was so disappointed this time. The guy who answers the phone call to make the reservation is absolutely sweet. But the guys that came to deliver my jumper last time we absolutely rude to my mom and my husband. Started fighting with my husband because he didn’t know where to place it but my husband was telling him where and he would not listen. The guys left there straps here and when it was time to pick up starts blaming my husband about the straps being on the floor and my husband was like I left them where you put it it’s not my fault you left it here. The guy began mumbling in Spanish so unfortunately they lost a customer who was very loyal.
Great price. They came on the same day i called with a jolly jumper for my daughters birthday. Also Great staff. Give them a call for your event.
