After hours of stressful travelling, my partner and I wanted to sit back, relax, have a few drinks and wait for our connecting flight. From the outside, 1300 looked great.

We took our seats, and ordered through the app that was advertised on the table. The barman was chatting to patrons, and it all seemed quite pleasant. Didn't acknowledge us, but that's fine.

After ordering our food (which was extortionate, but not unlike many other bars in an airport) we waited. The barman clearly hadn't noticed we had processed a drinks order, and our food came out. That's fine, mistakes happen. I politely told the waiter that we were just waiting on a few drinks - who then told the barman to get our drinks.

The barman poured our drinks, and thrust an EFTPOS machine at me. It was a bit strange, considering how polite he had been to the rest of the patrons, and I simply told him that we had already purchased the drinks through the app.

He immediately got quite defensive, and asked to see some proof. Again - a strange reaction, almost as though he thought we were trying to steal a few beers - and we produced our receipt. He grunted at it (typically, you'd apologise) and walked away. At this point, we weren't really sure what we had done to upset him, but we weren't going to allow it to ruin our night.

Moments later, a man (who I assumed was his boss) asked what had happened. Loudly, the barman started explaining how it "wasn't his fault", and it was in fact "our fault" for using the app. A little less time socializing, and a little more time spent paying attention and he would have seen our drinks order come through. If you can't multitask - that's fine. Don't take it out on a paying customer who was nothing but polite to you.

THEN as we were halfway through our food, another waitperson started aggressively sweeping at our feet.

We promptly necked our beers, finished our food and left. A terrible experience - anywhere else and I would have demanded our money back. Avoid at all costs.

Slow and awkward.
I just wanted to have a single beer, nothing special, no food.
If you’re not sitting directly at the bar it takes them ages to take the order. If you’re walking directly to the bar to order, they refuse to serve you and direct you back to your table where you wait another century. My solution: I waited for a seat at the bar, sat down, got served, walked back to my table.
It might be a nice place, the food at the other tables looked delicious. The employees seem to be motivated in general too, but their processes are for sure not efficient.
You should definitely pack a lot of time.

The airport restaurant is trash. Service is understaffed, bar tenders are busy socializing, waited 30 minutes to get my beer (had to walk up to the bar after waiting 25 minutes at my table), and 16 ounce beer was severed in a 10-12 ounce glass. I give them 1 star because the Caesar wrap was well made. If your looking for a nice place for a drink WITH your food, go somewhere else.

Been here for 20 minutes. Servers haven't even greeted me yet. They aren't busy. Even if they greet me at this point I won't order anything. Update: 35 minutes. That's how long it took them to greet me. Didn't order but based on that service, I'm leaving a 1 star, but it should be a 0.

The service was incredibly slow, despite being one of those scan-a-code-and-order-yourself places. The staff was overwhelmed and curt, and several items on the menu were unavailable.

I don't know if this is because of xDine or due to staffing, but it was about 40 minutes from placing my order to getting my drink. I had three people check on me total four times. Each time, I told them I ordered through the app and told them what I had ordered. 40 minutes to get a drink, and it's been an hour total and I still have not recieved the food I ordered.

My flight starts boarding in 10 minutes. No establishment at an airport should take this amount of time to serve someone.

I was not served while waiting for a long time. This place needs more staff especially when they are charging a premium price. They are lucky to get my 1 star for the neat set up. I will try to visit you on my next trip and maybe my opinion will change.

No prices on the menu. No prices on beers. You either have to ask the server for the pricing, which is awkward, or expect a surprise in your final bill.
This is a horrible strategy for a place to not clearly state the prices.

Pros: ambience. Cons: everything else: food quality, service (rushed), high prices. Overall not a great experience.

Everything here is very well maintained and as you would expect for an airport bar. I thought Las Vegas was expensive. Here the pricing takes on a whole new dimension.
Very hard to earn against it.

This cozy place was open at 8 am I guess. It's a pretty cozy place with good food and beer. Dont forget to check out the garden behind the restaurant. The hostess was extremely graceful. We were the 1st set of travellers to be seated, I turn around and see a lot of fellow passengers. Good place to relax the hours before the long haul flight.

Ribeye burger?
Don't eat here. The burger and fries cost $20. The fries are, no doubt, from frozen. The burger was insipid. Ours came without the tomato jam and house made pickles advertised on the menu (there were brought and we tasty). There are no prices on the drinks menus, so it's a real guessing game as to whether you will get a. $15 or$25 glass of wine. The server was helpful and i felt bad to ask her about pricing. (My wine had a$17/bottle price;I paid$15 for a decent pour). This place is terrible. Go somewhere else.

Just ordered a burger ($19) and a beer. I've nibbelt on cardboard that was tastier than the burger. Also: none of the outlets seem to work.

Pretty bad food. Fried chicken was tough as leather. They also ignored a substitute request I made. Overall not a great experience, would recommend going elsewhere in the airport.

Expensive pricing, even for an airport, although it wouldn’t mind it that much if the food wouldn’t have been totally tasteless.

The stuff is nice though, pretty fast and helpful.

Painfully slow service and extortionate prices even for an airport. Standard of the overpriced food is evidenced by all the leftovers from unhappy looking customers leaving

The worst Mezcal margarita I think I’ve ever had. $19 for a cocktail is unheard of, braised short rib was crockpot pot roast, avoid this expensive nonsense. $100 for two cocktails and a split entree, what disappointing airport lunch.
