Just moved to 16 Powerhouse. Move was seamless! One of the reasons that helped me make the decision to move here was the management. It felt right from the beginning and as I was making the move Sean Stiles helped each step of the way to make it as simple as can be. Could not ask for an easier way to move. Sean thank you for all your help and everything you did for me.

Just moved in and had a great experience despite needing to coordinate multiple moving parts. Sean and Sarah were very responsive to all our questions and made sure our move was seamless, and shout out to Jessy for handling the last-minute logistics. Loving the apartment (have met lots of friendly neighbors) and location—great restaurants and parks just minutes away.

I moved in about a month ago, and have nothing but good things to say about this place. Nice area, good places to eat, beautiful units, everything you could ask for. Especially the management — both Sean and Sarah have countlessly went out of their way to make sure I’m comfortable in my new home and have made this move much more easier on me. Having a management team that effortlessly does this for their residents is what makes 16 Powerhouse stand out!
