Best place in Hollywood! Jorge is like family and always makes sure my maintenance requests are answered so fast!

I've been staying here a few months now with my boyfriend. Maintenance for this building is excellent. They always get to us with 24 to 48 hours of submitting a request, the issue is dealt with promptly, and (if needed) a thorough explanation is given as to why it occurred.

For our last concern Jorge A.came and took care of things. I was incredibly impressed with his service and grateful he visited so quickly. Great work and thank you.

My mom (and dad before he passes away) has been living in this property for 12 years now. She loves the place - great maintenance, great service at the office, friendly staff, always ready to help - from the manager to every maintenance person. The apartment is also very nice, kept clean and up to date, like the general common grounds of the whole property. Of course - also great central location and you cant beat the fact that she is right above a trader joes and a bank.

I have been living at 1600 Vine since Oct. 2020 and have been enjoying living here.
Positives - The apartment complex is well maintained and kept clean. AC is good and strong. Any repairs are handled quickly by maintenance staff. Leasing and lobby staff have always been friendly, helpful and pleasant. Amenities are great - hot jacuzzi, decent size pool, BBQ grills, gym and woof top pet area. Location is outstanding - above Trader joes, walkable to CVS, restaurants, LA fitness, easy access to 101 etc. Parking included in rent and no pet fee (they are truly PET FRIENDLY).
Negatives - very minor ones - washer/dryer and dishwasher lil noisy. Being close to Hollywood Blvd - sometimes run into homeless but city trying to keep sidewalks clean.
Would definitely consider 1600 Vine as an option to check out when comparing places to live.

We recently relocated to Florida but we loved 1600 and its superb management. Whenever we had an issue, someone was on the other end listening and fixing the problem. We have made such great friends in the community as the building puts on events and has great communal areas. The areas are clean and maintained. The only thing we didn't like was the new guest parking situation. Shout out Jorge, Tim, Jose and the rest of the team! And all of our security guards were great! We miss yall!

Living here is great but they make it impossible to have visitors at out apartment because parking is so expensive and there's no way to waive it during the day

This review is for JORGE, Tim and the rest of the Maintenance Team. This building would not be this amazing if it wasn't for them. The maintenance team goes above and beyond everyday I see it with my own eyes. On my floor the trash room and hallways are always spots less and clean everyday. These guy's do their jobs with smile on there face and always willing to help if asked. I can't say enough about Jorge has help with a few emergency service calls and every time he comes and goes out of his way to make sure that I am happy with the service and that everything is working in my home. Please give credit were credit is do. I hope the owners knows and understand that people stay here because of what they do everyday here at 1600 Vine. Give these guys a bonus, rise, and show them that residents really do appreciate there hard work.

I want give a BIG THANK YOU to Jorge for coming the other night and helping with an emergency plumbing issues in my kitchen. I did not know what to do and I started crying. Jorge took care of the plumbing issues like a pro. It's good to know that you have people like him that shows the upmost professionalism and dedication to this building for coming out and helping me. I am sure that I'm the not the only one in the building that feels like about Jorge. Your team is the best. Thank you again!

I've lived here for almost year. The staff has always been helpful anytime I needed anything.
The building is always clean.
My bank is down stairs, trader Joe's is downstairs. Everything you need in walking distance. Love it!

People screaming "Do you have the drugs" in the hallway in the middle of the night. Management has no control over the building and is not enforcing mask wearing or social distancing. This place is over priced and does not take proper Covid precautions.
