I would give 0 star if it allowed to this property, the managenment is the worst I have ever seen, I lived there for over a year and no one Ever reply to my email for simple questions, The fire alarm goes off every few weeks in the middle of the night so they will send people to do home inspectation after. Residents smoke weeds from balcony/elevator/garage every day and night, all they can do is just send group email to residents. The office people treat you like their family at first meet but once you sign the lease, they treat you like you own them money with poker face. They took over half of my deposit with no explanation after I moved out, even though I left the whole apartment clean and no damage.

They took my application fee, ran me around for over a week (mind you perfect credit) just to tell me that tenants occupying the apartment extended their lease. I contacted their management and they never contacted me back not offered a refund. The reviews speak for themselves.

I love living here！ I have been living here over 3years now. And our manger ，team member they are so nice and friendly.resisdence they are so nice people. Enviroment is good ！ sometime we will have resisdence gathering and tea set breakfast for us ！ that is super great service ！ And this apartment is my favourite now！ I feel here is like home and family！ the main thing is you can easily get food， anything you want. Our building have so huge gym room！ we have boxing place：mayweather nearby us.so lovely place.

The manager of the building doesn’t care about the resident The neighbor steal stuff from people outside the door it’s feels scary it’s unsecure i’m not recommend to move to this building until they need to change the management!

Heads up to anyone trying to park in the garage: they love to vandalize your car in the parking lot with stickers! Oh, and there's no guest parking. But don't worry plenty of homeless people taking dumps in the bushes on the property to brighten your mornings.

I've been living here for a month now and absolutely love it! Apartments are very spacious & modern with high ceilings, newer appliances and laminate flooring. And laundry in unit is a huge plus! I'm on the 3rd floor, easy access to all of the wonderful amenities.pool, gym, whirlpool, work space, doggie area, BBQ's, fire pit and more!

Now that things are getting back to normal, we will be having more community activities, and the Mayweather boxing gym just opened up downstairs that we have access to.

The staff here are amazing! Kerrie has been most helpful through the move in process to getting a minor work order completed, she goes above and beyond!

If you are looking for a place to call home that is homey, clean, close to the 101, near shopping, bars, attractions and restaurants, this is the place for you! Come check them out, they have great deals going on right now! Thank me later. ;). See ya by the pool!

This building has fire alarms going off at any time in the day or night for no reasons.
People have been complaining about this in the review for years and I don’t know why I haven’t seen it.

They were terrible Air bnb people while it’s mentioned this is forbidden and management faked they did not know.

You can also find pee in the floor from dogs of disrespectful tenants.

I would advise to not rent here.

If you like alarms going off at 2/3am every couple of weeks, this is your place. Hollywood/Highland noise amplifies by the buildings and tunnels into the apartments. From tenants that have lived here for a few years, they said the alarms go off for no reason, wasting tax payer money for fire departments to come over and over for nothing. I’ve lived here for 6 months and saw the fire department come 4 times (all were false alarms) and the alarms woke me up 3 times in the middle of the night. Every bedroom has an amplified alarm, not just outside the apartment. So you get a voice loudly screaming by your bed on top of a fire alarm pulse. Oh.and you have to pay $2300/mth for that. LA for ya.

Absolutely the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with in my 20 years of being a renter. They have constant security breeches where your personal information or identity maybe up for grabs. I had my federal tax returns stolen from my personal mailbox along with my identity. They will lie and manipulate any situation to their favor. They will steal, lie, cheat and do nothing to help you if the blame is on them. I was paying for a storage unit in the parking garage where there was a massive pipe burst and flood all of my life long cherished belongings were completely ruined and unsalvageable I was out of town when this happened and Catherine and Michelle the property managers lied and lied saying it never happened and going as far as committing insurance fraud to try and cover their lies and not be held accountable for their mistakes. I had a year and half battle with my insurance company who was not paying my claim due to the lies and coverups of Redwood Urban. Thankfully a very kind neighbor who’s car was damaged in this flooding and also not made aware of any problems as they were happening had taken a time stamped video of the pipe bursting and flooding the whole 3rd level parking garage and rite above my storage unit! These people should be shut down they way they treat their tenants. BBB has so many complaints and pending lawsuits I’m not sure how they are still operating!? They do not care about you or your hard earned money you give them every month. I’ve lived in LA my whole life and not once had a problem at any other high end building except this one! Identity stolen, tax fraud 6 years almost to repair the damage caused by them by mot protecting my personal information, insurance fraud.like I said Turn Around and Run!

I love my apartment, I have been here a year and even though I initially hated Hollywood, I now love it and can’t imagine living elsewhere. They are really dog friendly and keep everything really clean and I’ve had only positive experiences since moving here. The pool and gym are the best part, especially in the summer.feels like Your away on vacation Even though you're home. They also take care of any issues you have super quick, like maintenance issues I mean, and the maintenance people and cleaning crew are always so helpful and nice. Love it here.

I would just like to say how amazing the staff is here at 1724 Highland. Everyone in the leasing office, from Catherine the property manager, to the security and maintenance staff, are wonderful assets to the property. The people are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to give the residents a fantastic place to call their home. I’m grateful to have lived here for over two years. This apartment home has a special place in my heart as it is the home I shared with my husband during the final years of his life. We have so many happy memories here, and when he passed away last August the people here went out of their way to express their condolences and offer their sympathy and support. I am so grateful to live here. Thank you for the roof over my head and the kindness you have shown during a very difficult period of my life. It is a true comfort to be able to call this place my home! Many, many thanks!

Had the pleasure of touring 1724 this weekend with Charlene. She was very knowledgeable of the community as well as welcoming. The community grounds are clean and quiet, such a gem in the middle of Hollywood. The units themselves are also very cozy.

Lovely building overall. Really love my unit which is modern with new appliances. Pool area is stunning along with the gyms and outdoor bbq and seating area. Definitely a place to be proud to live at:)
