Amazing hair cuts, friendly and professional people, I've been coming here for years and never had a complaint.

I highly-recommends this barbershop. I've been to at least 4 barbershops in the area in the past 3 years and this is my favorite one. Marco is great at what he does and has awesome attention to detail. All the barbers here are very professional and give great service.

I do recommend coming to “Barber 1920” with excellent full service and barbers talking with their clients and also getting you right with a fresh cut. Great professional barbers. I been my personal barber Maury he cutting my hair like 2 years now great talented barber and rest of the 1920 barber.

I can’t say enough about the friendliness and the level of customer service at 1920 Barbershop. Before the holidays I decided to drop in without an appointment. I had never been to 1920 before. Marco was willing to squeeze me into his schedule. I wanted to change up my hair and beard style but didn’t know what direction to go in. Marco was very patient with me and gave me an excellent, detailed cut, a full service shave, and a beard trim. His attention to detail is next level. All of the barbers at 1920 are a master at their craft.

To go a step further, 1920 sold me some pomade and I didn’t end up like it the type of hold and level of shine. When I came back for my 2nd cut, I mentioned this in passing, and Ricky gave me a different type of product at no charge and told me to bring back the partially used container of pomade also at no charge. They were more concerned about finding the right product for me than they were about maximizing profit. This is the type of service that makes me loyal to a business.

Look, 1920 is a bit more expensive than than those chain hair cutting places, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this shop.

Feel like a million bucks! Brian is a fantastic Barber and the 1920 Full Service was worth every penny! The atmosphere was laid back and all the barbers were friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic shop! Isaias has been cutting my hair and beard for 6 or 7 years now. I've always felt very welcome at the shop, the other barbers are super cool and also very good at their craft.
Isaias is very accommodating, after a simple text, he will find a slot for me. I hope he stays around for a long time, he always makes me look tip top after a visit. And I don't need to give much instruction on what i want, he knows what looks best!
The shop is fun, l and lively, tv's showing fun movies if you want to watch while getting a trim, good music, and great conversations.
I highly recommend anyone that works there for a haircut!

Isaias is a great Barber. He has been cutting my hair for over 5 years. Even before he opened his own barbershop. His skill is exceptional. Even when I briefly moved out of Concord and lived in Alameda I drive to his shop to get that one of a kind Cut. He is very reliable. Always makes time for his regulars even when I text him last minute. He even went to my apartment and cut my hair when I was recovering from leg surgery and couldn’t make it to his shop.
As for the shop itself it has great vibe. Isaias and his brother Ricky did a great job with decor. Has a lot of cool retro touches that make your experience special. For example all the Barber chairs are over 100 years old and have been professionally restored. Each barber station has cool memorabilia from early days of barbering such as old barber books or barbering tools. Overall it’s the Best Barbershop in the area and I will continue to get my haircut with Isaias for as long as he cuts. Highly recommend experience for everyone looking for new barber. Michael B.

1920 Barbershop is a phenomenal barbershop. Overall, the best that I have been to. Bryan is an amazing barber and does great every single time on both my hair and beard. Bryan, Ricky, Isaias, Moody, and Marco are all fun to talk to and make the environment super hospitable. Their video gaming system and music are pretty cool too. Highly recommended!

Ricky and Isaiah are great barbers and even better people! I come to 1920 for the great haircut and family like atmosphere. Every barber there always has a great attitude and make you happy to be there.
