24/7 Orthopedic Urgent Care

It has been almost two months from my daughter's visit and cannot get a response or direction so that I can assist my daughter from 2,500 miles away. Guidance would have been nice considering my 20 year has never had to deal with medical institutions and insurance before. Stressful experience for my daughter when it could have been avoided.

Emailed twice. Left 2 voicemails and it's more than 24 hours ago. Urgent care means urgent no?

Best doctor in house! Who ever heard of a 24/7 urgent care? Dr. Nissanoff really took care of me. Just make sure to call in advance:)

When my 10-year-old chef cut his finger At 8 PM we were terrified not only because the thought of spending the whole night in the ER didn’t feel to us, but also because we were terrified of Covid go in to any hospital in the middle of a pandemic. Being a physician myself I was very pleasantly surprised that’s when I called urgent care orthopedics in Century City the call went straight to the doctor cell phone. Dr. Nissanoff Immediately offered to meet us in his spacious state of the art surgical suite. He’s caring and warm bedside manner count both my little one and myself. Dr Nissanoff Took fantastic care of us, repairing my sons deep wound right there in his OR. We were in and out in under an hour. Our problem which would’ve took turned into a nightmare was solved in the most expedited manner thanks to this truly caring and amazing doctor

I called and was seen the same day and was assisted and taken care of. Heidi over the phone took my insurance email me the paperwork and booked. She also went ahead and schedule my x-ray right away and Dr. Jonathan knew what was wrong with me and put a boot on me and is working on my recovery on a fracture foot. He’s amazing and was quick and helpful I’ll add an update on my journey.

Website says 24 hours. I tried calling the Dr oncall, left a detailed message and was told I would get a respond within 15 minutes, I tried scheduling an appointment online, was told I would get a response, I tried email them to schedule an appointment, was told I would get a response. 0 for 3 doesn't bode well. Please don't waste our time, I've now spent an hour trying to navigate the different ways to schedule an appointment with no success. If you really want to be advertise beign 24/7 then figure out a solution that enables your patients to actually set up an appointment rather than ignoring all forms of communication.

Site says open 24 hours. NOT TRUE. Went there 9: 30 last night. CLOSED. Horrible.

Followed up with attempted phone call. Voice mailbox full. Terrible.

I've been here twice, and while I hope I don't have to come back any time soon, if I'm ever in a bind and need urgent care this is where I'll go. The bedside manner of everyone I encountered was so great, and I felt like I was taken seriously and given a comprehensive check-up.

I was sent by my PT to this office for X-rays. The website said they were open. When I arrived, I found a sign saying appointments are needed with a phone number to call. The woman I spoke to was very rude and informed me that their only Dr.is out of the country. When I asked her to see about posting that online, she became hostile and hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

Could not have asked for a better doctor! I had waited in the Emergency Room for 4 hours without being seen and could not wait any longer. I was recommended to visit the 24/7 Orthopedic Urgent Care and I was seen IMMEDIATELY. I can not stress that enough. The second I had walked through the doors, I was greeted with a friendly smile and unbelievable bed side manners. If anyone ever finds themselves in an emergent situation and would like to be seen ASAP with utmost care do not hesitate to come!

Had an ankle fracture and Came all the way to here with pain since it says 24/7 and urgent care. This is not an urgent care, no one at the office, tried to call prior to visit, no one answered. Could go other urgent care if they didn't put 24/7 urgent care center on web. And their office was on 11th floor.never seen any urgent care located on 11th. Very disappointed.

Visiting the city for two weeks after having surgery the week prior to arriving. My surgeon wanted me to visit an urgent care facility to have the stitches removed. As such visited this one where they saw me almost immediately. The doctor was great and could not have asked for anyone better while here. Definitely recommend!

Been calling for over 20 minutes. I thought this was urgent care? Never ended up getting through.
