6I would give ZERO stars if I could. Rude, and condescending staff working at the front desk. The guy, Nick, was very friendly and gracious, but that girl working with him this afternoon, ugh! Absolutely horrible! She was so unnecessarily, nasty, rude and unkind to my daughter, who happens to be visiting from another state. I'm seriously considering canceling my membership and taking my business to another gym.
Grew up as a teenager here when it was family fitness.how can I not love this place. They did some nice upgrades the past year. Has everything a fitness guru would need, and not intimidating for a beginner or anyone looking to join. Staff is friendly and professional.
This is a great gym! They changed the music.from rap to country, which is fine with me. Today the bass music from the class was so loud I could hear it thru my headphones, I know, old fashioned, lol. So for that, 1 less star.
This club is about an average size. The spacing is a bit tight between machines but will work just fine. Plenty of parking space.
The equipment is cleaned regularly, good social distancing between equipment, and the staff reminds every to keep their masks on. Friendly staff who welcomes you.
Some of the machines are packed so close that I touched elbows with other people working out. Disturbingly high amount of creepy old men. 1 star is for the friendly staff. Will not be going back though.
