24 Hour Fitness, City of Industry CA

Why do I pay for 24 hours fitness when it's like 14 to 16 hours? You know other locations are 24 hours?

The air quality is so bad that I’m forced to wear mask during the exercises.

Furthermore, there was a woman wore her regular shoes exercising in the Zumba Class, can you believe? !? !

This gym is a run down place. Lots of their treadmills had error on the screens for long time. I brought it up to their manager's attention many times. Still in error. She probably think that she is a sales manger not a facility guy, she dont give it a fucXX.

I went to grab a 45 blue plate and the guy there said he "WAS" not is, he was meaning he havent even started working out, fidnt touched the weights, it was still racked not even on the barbell or floor so I re racked it and grabbed another one from another rack, thankfully the other person was a normal human being and I was able to safely get another 45 plate

I use to be an employee at this location and I can honestly say that Management needs to be changed. To the degree that this club is not taken seriously was the reason I and many others quit within a couple months. This location has had roughly a dozen employees quit on the spot due to Michaels inability to manage this club. A couple of us employees he marked as not eligible for rehire even though we put in our two week notice, this man is seriously flawed.

I have a friend who is registered on my membership.yet every time we go past check in, the manager specifically calls us out and interrogates like my buddy pass doesn't exist. We go to the gym basically daily. This isn't welcoming nor professional.

Nothing here is good. The dumbbells are always scattered everywhere. The stair masters all of them don’t lock when they’re not on. I almost fell off because the stairs kept moving before I even started. The locker room was disgusting. The hooks for bags outside the sauna and steam room in the women’s locker room couldn’t hold any bags. And the steam room was broken not producing anything and unlocked. The sauna was warm I didn’t even sweat while in it. I’m so sad that this gym has been so poorly maintained.

Men’s locker room shower has a perpetual out of order and drain problem. The store manager should be fired

WHOLE PLACE FEELS LIKE A PARTY, BUNCH OF COWORKERS CHILLING OUT AND TALKING BOUT THINGS THEY DID ON THE WEEKEND SUPER FUN TO BE HONEST

THEY DONT CARE WHO WALKS IN OR OUT BECAUSE IT’S TOO MUCH OF A GOOD TIME AND CAN’T WAIT TILL CLOSING TO KICK YOU OUT SINCE IT ISNT EVEN 24 HOURS A DAY LOL.

THEY’RE ONLY OPEN 14 HOURS A DAY BETTER TO GET PLANET FITNESS DOWN THE STREET ITS CHEAPER AND THEY NEVER CLOSE (The real “24 Hour fitness”)

Decent gym but many members don’t shower before going in the pool and they mess up the sauna/steam room. They need to clean and maintain the equipment more often. They are often out of order. The locker room is disgusting. I wear sandals but I still feel dirty and I feel like I need to burn those sandals. Bathrooms are always dirty.

Why is it not a 24 hrs n still got to pay full price? You guys close at 8pm weekend even pf is open 24 n 10 bucks a month

It became a very unpleasant place in the men's bathroom area the steam room has not worked for 15 days now the sauna has not worked for a month the toilets are stinky yellow apparently nobody cleans this horrible and paying a platinum membership is a total robbery

Locker not sanitized properly.fleas inside the lockers … 3 times I brought the fleas home.

Once you sign the contract anything you say can and will be used against you. You'll feel the limitations in there and if the employee is petty you're definitely going to feel it. Clerks don't help much.

Never coming back here. Gym prices are exorbitantly expensive in return you get disgusting restrooms and lack of weightlifting equipment

Good instructors, but the locker room floors look like they haven't seen a mop in a great many years. Invest in some water shoes.

This 24 hr fit gym has a variety of equipment for your needs. The staff is nice. Robert is out going and brings good vibes to work, also Gabriella is enthusiastic and has friendly vibes that motivates you.

General cleaning improved a little bit, not sure how the health dept allowed this place to operate, Spray some Bleach!
It’s partially the members, dirty shoes and not rinse off sweat before entering in the wet areas. Showers are full of mold and slimes.
