Decent facility. Some machines are broken but large place with alot of equipment. Sometimes a little dirty but good enough for a decent price.

It's been a bit since I've been to this location. However the amount of dust on everything is ridiculous. There was sockets that were burned out in the bathroom that should have been replaced and have not been. Multiple toilets out of use. I understand COVID and the changes that have happen since. However it just really looks like neglect for a long time.

It's a great facility, but neglected. I really wish it were cleaner. Mens locker rooms, and especially showers are often filthy, and with mold growing in the corners. This needs to be addressed because of health concerns.im here days in a row sometimes and there has been no overnight cleaning done, in bathrooms and locker rooms. That's downright unacceptable. If sanitation were seriously addressed this place would be so great! Get the mold out!

Most definitely the most disgusting 24 hours in the bay. They fixed the 2-3 machines that are broken (all stairs and most treadmills still broken or have issues) but look under any machine you sit on or the floor. How much is it to buy a vacuum and some solution

This place USED TO BE the number 1 gym spot. I decided to renew my membership this month and wow.
So many machines were out of order, the floors are DISGUSTING, there’s trash everywhere and dead bugs
The parking lot also has trash everywhere.

The staff just sits at the front desk. Whoever is managing the gym at the moment is just not cutting it. I’m scared to even check out the locker rooms. I’m so sad that this gym lost its allure.

So many machines are broken and the place is extremely filthy! The drinking fountain is covered in mold. I'm not sure what's going on with this place but it never used to be like this.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Need to hire consistent cleaning crew. Trying to save money by not hiring cleaning staff does not work! Makes me wonder how dirty the water in the pool is? !

This place is becoming trash they need to fix machines and clean up trash cans in locker rooms, trash in showers, pick up clean toilet paper rolls off the floor in stalls, bleach and clean steam room trash everywhere

Rarely clean. High volume but no cleaning effort. Staff socializing at the front desk, no towels no disinfectant and truly filthy change room. Try Saturday morning and see for yourself. Wish can load pictures or videos. Edit: to the best of my judgement. The stairs to upper level have not been cleaned in several days. Staff sitting inf the front bored

Dirty, could be a great gym, just dirty, always dirty. Use some of your other employees to clean up. Also they never fix equipment. Luckily they have enough for now

I’ve been going here for a year and today this white blonde lady stopped me for using an account under my dads name. He never goes and only has the account under his name because he had to be present while I was making an account. I have never had a problem until I ran into this new intern today. Kicked me out for “not having a waiver signed” something that I was never told about. They need to fire her. All other employees are great and are very reliable.

Tried to see how the gym was after hearing good things about it from friends. Used the 3-day pass but it wasn’t accepted. I was told I had to live in Livermore to be able to try the gym and to go the Pleasanton location. I live in Dublin and this location is the closest to me, so it doesn’t make sense to go to the Pleasanton location.

It’s a amazing gym, all the equipments are in very good conditions and I love going to this particular gym

Decent gym. Has a lot of options over most gyms. Got rid of the kids club which makes it much harder for me to go to the gym.

This location has great trainers and equipment. However their classes are very few and far between. Most are in the evenings and the variety is extremely limited. Not very accommodating.

Garrett helped me get set up with a good deal and now I go almost every day. Can be busy after 5, but lots of variety in the equipment, lots of squat racks, fun aerobic stuff, as well as a pool and stuff I haven’t checked out.

Everything is found here racquetball, sport training, pool, sauna, steam room, spa-surprising that it's little used on a weekend despite covid-it is one of the best fitness centers I've seen in the Bay Area. It's going to be so hard to beat it, but though I'm about 12 miles away and despite that gas is still going up, I will frequently go here for a variety of activities-I will never be bored here!

️Very nice Gym, Big building, but need some cleaning I think like deep clean everything is dirty, all the machines & floors, The showers in no good working condition, and so gross.please manager take care with that
