24 Hour Fitness, Orange CA

Took my patient to the aqua class for the first time. We were advised by the front desk to get there early since it was our first time. My patient was very nervous to do this class as she doesn’t like trying new things. We picked a good spot in the water so she can see the instructor. A few ladies come in 5 minutes before the class starts and asks us to move down. I thought it was rude because we had already claimed those spots 40 minutes before the class started. The pool wasn’t too crowded but this lady really wanted to stand where we were standing so we felt like we needed to move because she was giving us a hard time. At that point my patient really wanted to leave but she wanted to hang out in the jacuzzi for 5 minutes before we left so I wanted to take a 10 minute break because I have to record them for work so I wanted to step in the sauna before I had to use the restroom and as soon as I go in the instructor stops the class runs over to open the door making a scene that I need to get out right now and watch my patient. For her to do that I thought it wasn’t okay and very embarrassing. She has no idea who we are and what the situation is. My patient is independent and goes to the gym without a caretaker and I am allowed to take 10 minute breaks. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Very upsetting

I went for a morning workout last Sunday around 7 am. I did a quick workout and when I went to the locker room I was shocked that I was robbed. Someone opened/broke the in my locker. They took money from my bag. I talked to the only person available (front desk’s lady) and her response to the whole issue was: “I can write a report and I’m sorry”. Just a heads up if you planning to go to this location.

Very dirty facility. The steam room is absolutely disgusting. Mildew everywhere. The room smells like it too.
The staff… extremely rude. All of them. Yelling at guests without cause, being mouthy and rude at the front desk. Nobody seems to be maintaining the facility. Terrible staff and disgusting facility. Might as well fire everyone and shut it down.

This is the best location in OC actually fix everything instead of leaving it broken for 3 months. I live in Irvine but I still drive to this location because it's well-maintained and clean unlike the Irvine location

Gets really crowded weekday afternoons. No longer 24 hrs. Open 5am-10pm M-Th 5am-9pm Fri. And 6am-8pm Sat and Sun. Pool is good, just the right temp. Not too hot or cold. Sauna and steam room had a line to get in. Free weight area had people waiting to use equipment. They have some new treadmills. Lots of room to do ropes, free stretching, plyo's you name it. I will try early morning and midday for a change.

The new maintenance guy must be best friends with Andrew the manager. Must be the only reason the men bathrooms are allowed to be as dirty as the Venice Beach public bathrooms. The urinals have so much calcium build up do to the urine, because they are NEVER cleaned the ammonia smell do to the urine build up burns your nostrils. Collection if week old gum, when he does sweep he just spreads the urine on the floor all over the bathroom and the smell is unbearable! The toilets are always dirty with wet paper all over. Just disgusting. Makes me wonder how Andrew is able to use the bathrooms without doing nothing about them?

I was just raving about how good this gym was and driving 20 mins for the clean steamroom. Today I go and some girl is using essential oils on the steamer. THATS NOT WHAT YOU DO. PLEASE PUT A SIGN UP SAYING NO. I've switched 3 gyms cause of the same issue I'm tired of it.

Super Clean, I never realized how much of a dump my other 24-Hour location was till I came here. Mall parking kind of a bummer but overall excellent

Not even open 24 hrs like it’s called… this is false advertisement. I’d like to be able to go anytime of day or night and not be limited!

This gym is okay. I’d like to see more cleanliness. The floors and equipment are dirty and the sauna looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. A pair of lashes were sitting near the window for the last week and hasn’t been cleaned. Also, I’d really wish their hours were back to what they used to be.

Be it known after initial rating of three stars they promised improvement and they did thus now get five.
It could be better and it could be worse in general all these facilities have moved back from years ago and one thinks it'd be the otherway around! I think it's the same old odd reason and that is if you are getting busier and are growing in number of clients you don't feel the urge to improve, one thing this place is in need of improvement is the water pressure in the showers it's sad to face a trickle of a flow not even a so so medium flow but low flow reminds me of a Seinfeld episode where they all got those damp flat hair due to low flow showers now I'm mindful of water waste and all but come on you can do better.

Those who know me know Truth is my concern friend or foe so it's the thanks I owe to the owner of this particular location I visited today and the showers have improved dramatically I checked every stall and the owner was truthful when he promised to fix the low flow showers. I thank him now and happy showers people.

1. Is not a 24 hour fitness. As a matter of fact is the only gym on the area closing as early as 9pm!

2. Since they close early the crowds after 5pm are unbearable! Impossible to have a decent workout

3. Asked different teenagers if they were on a free pass and sure enough. This location is giving free passes to High school students making the gym more crowded.and YOU who is paying 45 a month for a membership can barely workout!

4. Since H. S students enter for free.the groups of 4+ people per machine increasing the wait time.

5. Constant broken machinery.

Santa Ana location is a much better option!
