24 Hour Fitness, Fontana CA

Great Gym. People are friendly. Equipment is always available when I go. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Everytime we go, we are greeted by the staff. There are always classes available to work out and train. I would recommend this Gym to anyone that wants to start the weightloss or fitness journey. Stay committed and stay strong. Only you can make the change. Remember, its your world, im just living in it.

The equipment was a little out dated, it does seem like an older gym, So there was no problems as to that. However. They have a short cleaning lady employee/ janitor who was extremely rude in her mannerism and attitude. I was in the middle of the lift and she rudely just grabs my weights (That I was still using), gives me something of a dirty look as if I was committing some sort of gym crime. I tried to communicate that I was still using the weights, however she just proceeds with whatever she was doing, I do not want to assume she was ignoring me, but she might have had her ear phones in. Multiple guests at that gym have run into that same problem with her. Extremely rude and severe attitude, we are in the gym to work and sweat, the last thing we really need, is attitude from an employee that does not seem to want to be there. Now on to a positive note, the front desk staff are super consistent with their help and I always walk into smiling faces.

My first time here at this gym. Pool was dirty. Lots of debris in the bottom of pool. Skimmed had toilet paper in it! I don’t think they have clean the pool in a while! I haven’t check out the rest of the gym yet, but I’ll go back next time to do my work out! N see! Other wise, it needs cleaning!

Dirty old gym I’ve been coming to for 13 years

Not only is it barely open 15 hours on like its title but it’s full of a bunch of little thieves that love to steal the moment they get the chance

The sales manager Jackie at this club likes to over flex her positional powers to the point of rudeness and intimidation to customers. As a platinum member with rights to bring in 2 members. For some reason, she was suspicious at our check in and after answering all her rude intrusive and disrespectful questions by providing her all necessary evidence, she called my personal line as I stepped outside to make a call. She made accusations of leaving the club while my 16 years old was in working out. She said she'd also report it in my account. I walked back in to tell her that I'd just stepped out to get a drink and make a call cause it's loud in the gym, but she'd not hear that and kept saying things like she's the manager.
It clearly stated in their contract that 12-17 year old can use the facility as long as they are members or guests whose financial liability forms have been filed. Even though all this's been done in our case, this "manager" just felt it was her place to make our visit a regrettable one

Not open 24 hours. Closes early.
It’s ridiculous that if you’re in high school you get a free membership. Gym is full of teenagers taking up everything and they are obnoxious. It’s a slap to the face for those who pay for their membership while teens get in for free

Not a 24hr gym. Telling people to go to the gyms that actually are isn’t an appropriate answer. I’m sick of my local gym being packed at 2AM because everyone who would go here has to go to mine. It’s not my fellow gym goers fault at all, it’s 24hr Fitness trying to cut costs by closing most of its locations during the night and telling its nocturnal customers to travel farther and to get used to crowds. I’m telling all of my friends, family, and coworkers to avoid 24hr Fitness for as long as they continue to carry a misleading name. Had I done more research and not just figured that a gym that brands itself as 24hr Fitness would be open 24 hours a day, I would’ve waited until I could afford a home gym.

Always empty, thats probably the only good thing about this location. It's old, very dark and depressing, not very clean staff always on their phones.

Why are we called 24 hours and we are not open 24 hours. Covid is long over and gone. Let’s get back to normal I’m tired of driving pass 2 gyms before I get to the one that is 24 hours. Stop it 24 fitness and re-open all gyms 24 hours. Beside that this location is clean and never crowded.

Made the mistake of trying to go to this 24 due to it being closer to my appointment area. Scheduled open time was 6: 00am (so not 24 hour). Showed up at 6: 30am. 7: 15am rolls around and still no staff showed up. This is enough for me to know to stay away from this specific 24, unprofessional.

The the actual club is good. The hours are terrible especially on the weekends. Please reframe from calling Yourselves 24hr fitness to calling yourselves Sometime Fitness.

1 Star because they close early. If it's not 24 hours at least close at midnight. I buy the membership so I can be there late. Trust me you guys will be busy, you don't need to close early because you think there won't be enough people, just open later please

24 Hour Fitness and they close. No point in paying a membership fee if they're always closed when you get off of work.

I usually goto Rialto location but wanted to check this one out. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There arn't alot of sanitation stations around so it made me think they are not used as often. They had fox news on the TV which is the last thing I want to see. Machines are on the older side but every thing was working that I used. Could use more lighting inside as it felt dark and a bit depressing inside.
