Very Nice, Very clean, although there are some machines or places to do the HIP THRUST missing. But I loved it.

Not good at all, very dirty and half the machines not work. I cancelled membership because of this

The bathroom/showers are the pits! There is plenty of equipment, but I wish they would repair/update the showers and restroom!

First time here and tried women’s shower. Shower water is cold for 5 minutes before warm up to Luke warm water. The bathroom is not spotless. The Womens locker area is clean. Needs improvement!

Pool is by reservation, so uncrowded. Changing room cleaning daily 1-2pm so you might be locked out. Jacuzzi broken.

Ah I love this location because is more clean than others, but this is not open 24hours like others.

I have been coming here since 2014, today 06/11/2023 was at the jacuzzi and one of the stuff came and was screaming, we are closed we are closed, so i went to wear my clothes then He came and screamed at me for no reason he was keep telling me that he has to go because it’s closed but it was 7: 55 PM and He said you need to leave right now because I have to leave, even I couldn’t wear my clothes properly because he was rushing, I went outside of the gym to my jacket on.he really disrespected me. I will never come back here again.

Today one 10-12 year old kid washed his dirty sandals in the pool water in front of everyone. Everyone saw this but nobody said anything about this. 24 hours fitness people did not do anything. They do not care about hygiene. Everywhere looks dirty, perfect place to contract diseases and athlete's foot.

If you want place where old while bold man with glasses and tattoo on his arm throw racist words and provoke racist act then it’s the perfect gym for you! ’ Extremely unsafe environment … and the staff are behind table far away not knowing what’s going on at the gym

Pros: parking is available even during busy hours. Large room is great to use and usually empty when there’s no classes
Cons: multiple machines not working = limited machines for everyone to use when busy. Can get stuffy in some parts of the gym. Not that great air flow. Plus the fans on the treadmills don’t work

Don't sign up to this gym. Staff are unaware of how membership works, how and for what you'll be charged, and when. They'll repeatedly give you incorrect information and take no responsibility or apologize for it.
You may think you're taking advantage of a sale they have on, just for them to turn around and say that's not correct and that you owe them money. They'll deny you access and have no sympathy for the trouble they have put you through. Stay away.

I don't understand the ethics of this place. Regarding charges and memberships, it's hard to figure out whether staff are just really badly trained or it's all purposeful dishonesty. Contradictory information from different staff is enormous and most act like it's the client's fault. The facilities are ok (despite dirty bathrooms) but not worth the billing headaches and rude staff. No wonder 24 had multiple lawsuits against them.

It's fantastically great it's the best 24 hour fitness I've been to I really really enjoy it I go Monday through Saturday 6 days a week

Facility is subpar. Old equipment. Sauna is good. Canceled in person, and was still charged for 3 months. Spoke with Rene, and was able to get a 1 month refund. Failure to cancel upon request can imply that this location is a potentially fraudulent business.

Their potentially fraudulent process is as follows:

1. Client comes in-person to cancel their membership.
2. Team member assures the client that their membership will be canceled.
3.24 Hour Fitness keeps the membership active.
4. Client calls or comes in-person again.
5. Team member or manager will ask for proof of a request to cancel.
6. Client will not have proof of cancellation, since the initial cancellation request was not carried out. (Circular logic)
7. Team member or manager will refuse to provide a refund since no proof is available.
