24 Hour Fitness, Roseville CA

Nice gym, love the cold plunge. I don't like the Matrix exercise machines. They use symbols rather than English. So I have no idea how to use them. Also they have lots of TV's. I asked for one of them to be able to watch Fox News. They told me NO. Conservative views not welcome.

This gym is good! Fairly clean but as times going on it feels like it’s not as clean. There’s no wipes to wipe down the equipment. There’s towels and some foam cleaner but it doesn’t do the job. Other than that I think it’s a solid gym just to get in and get out. Also separate saunas for male/female would be a game changer.

Beware 10/29/23 someone took my white Nike shoes, left it out under the bench, thought no one would steal it, assumed no one would take it.

Four star rating, wish there were extra dryers/blower high enough to dry our hair with and machine that sponge wet clothes dry.

Calibrate your brand new treadmills!

I’m keeping this one star here until 24hr puts priority in making sure their RUNNING machines are accurate. Every single one of them is out calibration. All those machines are worthless to the local DubVille running community because we can’t do our scheduled workouts.

A very clean and well maintained gym with great amenities. The staff is very inviting and helpful and despite the large number of people that attend this gym, there is usually easy access to the equipment.

This 24 Hour Fitness here in Roseville is new and they keep it pretty pretty clean so far. The staff is helpful and welcoming into the gym. The workout instructors and personal trainers are great. Now the showers are kept well clean, no mold or dark spots. Vents a little dusty but I’m sure it’s fantastic in the mornings. Spa, asana, steam room and pool plunge well maintained and clean. The right amount of chemicals are put in and temperatures are set just right. Highly recommend this gym.

Oh it was leg day for me.

This new gym is spacious, clean and has heavier weights than others I've been to. Haven't seen one tripod for these wanna internet sensations yet.

Good gym great Equipment great staff. Only problem over crowded. I often find myself waiting to use equipment prolonging my workouts.

24 hour fitness is the the gym to work out and play basketball. The pool and spa are available for part of your work out therapy.

My wife signed me up and then I added 16 50 minute training sessions with Adam. What a good investment. Adam is a motivator type trainer and although he takes me through some difficult sessions, my mental fog has lifted after just 150 minutes of hard work.

Nice facility not even 10 minutes from home. If you go in after 4: 30am it will be packed. During the day, forget it. Way too many people going to this location

No guest passes after 8 and kept repeatedly asking me to buy a pass instead. While over the phone they said come on in and check it out. Garbage bench presses regardless cheap
Hoist machines, and barbells can’t even hold 405 without whipping, for a new gym the gym stinks. Cheap equipment with teenagers as sales people.

Very open and has lots of equipment.

Compared to the other local locations this one is by far the best.
Also shout out to Jack and Matt for being extremely personable and helpful.

The staff was rude!

I received a free 3 day pass online- had a confirmation number and everything. First, she told me it’s only for local people in Roseville or Rocklin, even though I’m close to Rocklin-it is on the way to work so I was going to pre buy a complete year if I liked the class. I then asked for a manager which is not on duty and that if I called them I’d hear from them tomorrow.

I was told that no matter what I couldn’t use the 3 day pass unless I was a member. It doesn’t make sense. What a waste of my evening!

The contact numbers on the managers cards are of no use. Couldn’t even enter the extension number.

Hot tub, steam room, and sauna are open all night. Much nicer/cleaner than Folsom location. Unfortunately no lap pool

Been a member of 24 hour since 2006 when I a teenager. Have since this chain change over the years. Was visiting my parents/sisters family in the area and excited to check this place out. Came here every night for almost two weeks. Overall, its a very nice new club. I think really the only new one in the area in probably over a decade. The others I have gone to in the past were pretty dated. I spent about a month each year in Rocklin/Roseville. The only cons I would say is it is very busy, I haven't seen a 24 hour fitness this busy since the late 2000's. That was when they changed the club types with the Super Sports pushing out lots of the younger crowd. A ton of younger high school and college aged kids here, nothing wrong with that but they don't follow the rules and broke both sauna's pouring water on the elements even with the signs while I was there. Same was true with the Steam Room although that was still working. I would still come here just a different atmosphere here than 30-40 clubs I have visited across the country.

Honestly my first review was written outta pure frustration. This place lowkey pretty nice and I'm getting a new membership soon

Love the rebrand for this 24 hour. Good equipment, spacing, branding. Plenty of squat racks with bumpers. Plate loaded. Dumbbells. Functional training area. Cable machines. Punching bags. Classes. Didn't see much of a pool though, but maybe it was in an area I didn't see.
