This 24 hour fitness is probably the most pathetic one that I have visited. I travel for work, so I visit a lot of these gyms and this one is probably the smallest most overcrowded and under kept gym I’ve been to.

They have no mats and won’t let you use the mats in the workout studio. All of the gear is not maintained and is filthy. Not a good place to be in my opinion.

Nice gym sales people need better training. Went it to look at the gym and sign up for a guest pass. Schedule a phone call to be on Friday at 4 pm get a phone at 10: 51 the next day. Whats the point in scheduling a time to call back if your sales man is just going to call the next day to bug me anyways. Lost a sale. Just going to sign up online then go through a salesman who cant keep a call back time.

I only come for the basketball but now they close the court at 11, I’ll be canceling my membership unless there is a change in line

Helpful friendly staff, place is well maintained. Good atmosphere and didn't feel awkward being a beginner.

Disappointing Maintenance and Cleanliness

I had a disappointing first day at the 24 Hour Fitness. The equipment wasn't clean and the floors were stained with black marks and chewed-up gum. The gym needs to prioritize cleanliness and hire staff who are motivated to keep it that way. Hopefully, they take action to improve the maintenance and cleanliness soon before some catches covid or something else.

I recently visited the 24-hour fitness center, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. It became evident to me that the staff seemed disinterested in their responsibilities, as the floors had not been mopped since last Friday. The entire gym was in a deplorable state, with machines covered in spit, trash strewn about, and even hidden under some of the machines. It was truly disgusting and unsanitary.

Every machine I used appeared to have been neglected, with clear evidence of people spitting on them. The gym equipment was dirty and unhygienic, making it quite unpleasant to use. To make matters worse, the stairs and glass surfaces were also filthy and appeared to have not been cleaned in quite some time.

Additionally, I was unable to purchase any drinks during my visit due to a restrictive time limit imposed by the gym. This further added to my frustration and inconvenience.

Unfortunately, my experience at this 24-hour fitness center took a turn for the worse when both my husband and I fell ill after our visit. He experienced sickness, and I developed a sore throat with my ears hurting. While we cannot definitively attribute our illnesses to the gym, it is worth mentioning as it adds to our overall negative experience.

Overall, I must say that this is the dirtiest gym I have ever encountered. The lack of cleanliness, the poorly maintained machines, and the uncleaned areas such as the stairs and glass surfaces were all major letdowns.

I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes an effort to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. It is imperative for a fitness center to prioritize hygiene and create a pleasant environment for its members.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this particular 24-hour fitness center to others. I believe there are better options available that prioritize cleanliness and customer satisfaction. "

If you're not going to honor the free 3-day pass on your website, it's best not to offer it at all!

Like seriously, I tried to use the free 3 day pass their website offered me online because I was considering signing up for a membership, but figured it would be wise to try it out for a 3 free day pass before I make a full commitment, but when I show up to this location, they turned me away because it's either a holiday or it's because it's late hours. Yet the website and the email mentions none of these things. I even called them the next day to confirm that the free 3 day pass had restrictions and the person on the other told me that it didn't. So I tried again and they spun another story. Now it's because the pass "expired. " So they assumed that I was going to use the pass the day I printed it or requested it? Come on, now. The language in the email was so vague and not specific at all. They just wanted me to sign up, which I would have done if I had tried it out for a day to see if I liked it and if they were honest decent people.

I understand that they are not running a charity ward here. I get that they are a business first and foremost and that they need to make a profit. I understand that they depend on memberships and have quotas to meet if they want to stay afloat. But the least they can do is honor the things that they offer and be honest about them rather than try to swindle people and trick them. That is not what capitalism is about.

So again, 24 Hour Fitness, if you're not going to offer a free 3-day pass on your website when people try to use it and if you are not honest about its conditions and restrictions in clear writing, then don't offer it at all. Be honest with your consumers. Thank you.
