Brandon was so helpful and provided fantastic customer service. The gym was clean and has a cool layout. Will definitely be back here!

Very rude gym, you need to get more friendly staff members. They gave us no five minute warning and flashed the lights out on us at 8 pm in the sauna there were 3 of us, and Katie proceeded to follow me into the bathroom and tell me the gym was closed when I was simply washing chlorine out of my hair. Then she wanted to keep telling me how she wasn’t arguing with me and how she worked so many hours and I was there for 3. No I was there for one hour wouldn’t have gone to that gym if I knew their protocol was to basically not care or communicate with guests at their gym in adequate time frames and then harass them to leave and asking them to check back in when you made such a big deal about me being “late” to leave? Yeah seriously very rude gym I hope you retrain your personnel. Some people are going through very hard times right now and your personnel need to be sensitive to everyone who walks in your doors.

According to the rule, If someone wants to get to SPA after staying in the steam room or sauna room, he/she has to take shower! But some people get to the SPA without taking shower, which makes the SPA dirty.
Would you please put some notification near the SPA area.

Closes early at 10 pm. Staff tries to kick people out around 9ish.
This is the edit: Prices were just increased and yet these gyms still close at 10 pm.

2nd edit: Just confirmed with this gym that they are not planning to expand hours of operation. They suggested to go to other 24 hours fitness’s that are actually 24 hours.

CLEAN THE BASKETBALL FLOORS.it’s been about 2-3 weeks of no cleaning.people are slipping all over. Overall though very friendly staff and has every piece equipment you need for all muscle groups

It's crazy this is pretty much false advertisement to call yourself 24 hour fitness yet you are no longer 24 hours.the original price was based on having access to facility 24 hours so there should be definite adjustments made to a membership.if you no longer offer 24 hours it's the only reason to pick this gym over other gyms

Not open 24 hours. Maybe they should introduce a membership tier that has your monthly payment cut in half since the gyms only open half of a day.

They are barely open 5am to 8 pm or 10 pm this gym should be called 9 to 5. I have to drive to Rialto everyday

One of the best Silver Sneakers instructors around. Kerri is great! Because of that the class is always crowded.

It's NOT open 24 hours. It's too crowded, equipment is old, weights are all over the place, pins are missing from equipment, and minors are allowed in unsupervised. The staff is nice. I prefer Rialto worth the drive.

Rancho Cucamonga is tarnishing the 24 Hour Fitness brand. I pay monthly for a gym that is supposedly 24 hours, but they close at 10pm on weekdays and 9pm during the weekend with no foreseeable plans to reopen 24 Hours. The excuse is that nobody wants to work night shift but I think it’s a short sighted goal of cutting costs. If they were really business savvy they would know that happy members keep coming back and those happy members bring more monthly-paying members. I’m going to call corporate and I encourage other members to do the same.

This location, (Rancho Cucamonga) has everything I need to start my day, I've being coming here for 7 years and the staff is amazing, Gaby (the manager) is very energetic and can help you with your needs, Chris (in maintenance) is a great guy, great attitude and has this gym impeccable, and is our job as members of this club to keep it clean, one last thing for all the members, please re-rack the weights when your done pumping your muscles.
