The reservation system is great and works really well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They do a great job wipi g everything down between sessions.

Getting better about cleaning and mask enforcement. There are still some aholes that refuse and give the staff a hard time.

I go here because the trainer I have been training with is here now. He is fantastic. This gym facility is not. A lot of broken equipment. The women's locker room, especially the shower area, is terrible and in disrepair.

This location simply does not care about its guests or members. I have been a member for 5+ year. They randomly closed down their kids club entirely with no prior warning or explanation. This is not a family friendly gym. This used to be a place where you could workout and bring your children and achieve your goals. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great gym (IMO, the best sport level in the area). Convenient location with plenty of parking after hours and good quality basketball games. Would be nice if they could keep their name and stay open 24 hrs:)

I love my gym! The staff is friendly and very helpful to customizing my workout to where I need.

They have pretty much got everything you need to get a good work out in. Plenty of squat racks/ deadlifting platforms. And most gym goers are personable. Great place!

At 330 am it's great. Especially the pool. Has everything I need to help me get back into shape. The shower room could use a little more cleaning and sanitizing.

The manager is childish, he seems like want to punch you if you walk away after you decide not to buy their plan. I was like who the fuxk are you telling me I am wasting my time not to make a decision today? The guy with beard? Looks like retarded

I used to go a couple years back and it wasn't too bad. But then it started getting insanely crowded, to the point I couldn't even get my workout in. After going to several other 24s since, I came back here for a visit. It's still insanely crowded, with clients sitting on their phones for several minutes while using equipment. Two stars for at least being cleaner than the Buena Park location.

The place looks and feels dirty, especially the locker rooms. The training staff, however, is amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. They are worth it.

Pros- plenty of equipment to work out on, friendly staff and good size locker room/bathroom.
Cons- Super busy in evening (difficult to get a good work out in), trainers can be pushy trying to get you to sign up the $360 a month training program and bathrooms are always dirty with no ass gaskets and I'm not sure if ppl at this gym know how to flush a toilet.

Absolutely gross. They ran out of equipment cleaner. I asked when they will be getting more, they said in a couple of days. When I expressed concern about hygiene they said that it's only sweat and isn't a big deal. I will never return to this place.

I’ve never seen a front desk employee rude and awful like the one I met at this location! It is so sad that 24 hour fitness is hiring such kind of non-professional people. I used to be a big fan until today. Therefore, I don’t regret switching to another gym.

I like the facility more than any other locations and other gyms, also i like the freindly staff from reception specially Bre very good staff. I commend her good attitude.tnks.

This gym has seen better days. The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. Bathrooms are dirty as well. Sigh.go elsewhere.

I go here because is close to work. It's a small gym but you find everything you need, the machines are old but in good conditions

Nice facility, could do a much better job keeping things put where they belong. Weights all over the floor or in the wrong places.

Place is going down hill. Broken down machine, no head- sets to.listen to the TV's, dusty, the showers are not.kept cl ran but with mildew. For a 24 Sport, it's not.living up to it's previous and current expectations. Customer Service is spotty at best, and the Management does not lead by example. I'm losing my faith and my money in 24HR. What happened Guys. I do not recommend this location anymore, unless improvements are made soon.
