24 Hour Home Care offers excellent assistance to people in need of a caregiver. They train their staff well and provide a service of care for seniors, accident victims and those recovering from illness and gives the families peace of mind knowing that their loved one is cared for. I highly recommend this company.

I been working to a couple of months with this company and so far i enjoy working for them. I mean i get to choose my schedule if i want to work full or part time what days i want to work im like my own boss

My aunty recommended me. I have worked with them since Sept 3rd for the Culver city office. Hiring process was quick and easy. Shifts are from 4-12hrs long, pay is great, employees are friendly, clients are usually very nice. I recommended my sis and she is working here to but for the Pasadena office. I only wish they'd expand to Palmdale. Other than that they are great.

My experience was not GOOD. They invited me to meet with Katherine. I took time off from work, went to 5901 Green Valley #470. Yuk. What a hot ass mess. Thr customer service department is a oprn space with no room to breathe, no reception area. Hot, stinky and cluttered. No thank you. You just wasted my time ERICA. My intentions were good but your process was bad. Unprofessional setting.

I met with 24Hr HomeCare in regards to care for my wife. She was possibly going to require an operation but ended up not. The great thing is now we are on file with them should we need a caregiver in the future. I appreciate how flexible they are when it comes to scheduling and take comfort in knowing that they are just a phone call away.

We have been with 24Hr HomeCare for a year and a half. Eric, our account manager, is tremendous. He is quick to respond, remembers our requirements in order to provide the best caregivers for my mother, and is easy to work with, completely unflappable, and totally professional.

Eric Netzel has really been a big help to us. He was able to find a care giver for my son who is disabled that has worked out really well. He was very quick and efficient getting someone set up for us and we are very pleased.

24Hr HomeCare goes above and beyond to deliver great service. Ryan recognized my nurses during Nurse week exemplifying their attention to detail. I continuously hear positive comments about 24Hr HomeCare. If any of my patients need homecare or extra care in the hospital I will definitely refer the family to 24Hr HomeCare.

In such a densely populated industry, where every company says that they “care”, it is refreshing to see 24Hr HomeCare put their money where their mouth is. As a client, they let you select a charity or foundation from their list which they will donate to on your behalf. I am Completely and Utterly disappointed with the handling of information needed from 24HrCares to me, a former employee, simple and Honest communication between this office and another agency when asked for BEFORE it was needed, and now bypassing said dates simply Unprofessional, disrespectful, I have others words, but I will not use.
Sometimes, we need to do some investigating into how the company is ran and how situations are taken care of before we Really try to work for that company.

I've volunteered at many events throughout the Los Angeles area and participated alongside this amazing group of individuals. Everyone who works here genuinely cares about those in regional centers with developmental disabilities and the elderly. I love the energy, compassion and enthusiasm the staff have here. The passion and hard work that is shared amongst the team is what has encouraged me to continue my involvement with this amazing group of individuals.
