I'm so happy I was able to meet with a company as it helped me take a big step towards returning to nursing.
24hr homecare don't know whats going on to they where a great place to work for their 12hr shifts now we only get 4 hr shifts and very far from we waste gas to drive really far i wish they get better i love them but very little hours.
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY: They are untrained, don’t show up when assigned, are short handed so they can’t handle any patients, they take double money out of your accounts. They only try to schedule the day before even with advanced notice and wait until it’s too late to get other care.they leave your loved ones stranded and let them fall.we had to call 911. They are unable to perform simple tasks such as basic care. They are not equipped to handle memory care patients at all. I tried them 3 times. 2 were complete fails.any future requests were fails! To date I have not received back the double billed money I am owed. Extremely unprofessional.
