A lovely tile mosaic showing civic pride and the kind of cliff sights of pelican flocks that can still be seen in Pedro.

Fantastic mosaic which reflects all walks of life in San Pedro, from the harbor, through tow, etc. People were welcome to stop and help work on it, and I regret not taking the time to do so.
