The gold star is for the receptionist or whoever is answering their phones. From start to finish, she was spoke down to me (when she wasn't mumbling), laughed throughout half of our conversation and proceeded to yell out the investor's name after I asked to her to repeat it. Her entire tone was "Haha.there's no way anyone will buy the property your selling. " Mind you, all of their advertising states they buy property in "any condition. " So then why talk like you expect everyone to call you with a turnkey property? My good guess is most turnkey property owners wouldn't call them. So, all I can rightfully assume is that she's confused about the nature of the business they're in. And after all of that condescending talk, she proceeds to tell me that she isn't the decision maker. She said, 'I make no decisions, none of them at all. ' She stated that as though that was some consolation for how she had talked to me. So, I'm not sure where all of these rave reviews are coming from. I was seconds from hanging up altogether when she transferred the
call. There's no way I could recommend anyone calling them about anything. Let alone an important real estate transaction.

I’ve had the great pleasure of meeting Ray Foster, he so graciously helped my father when he was at risk of losing his home. Most businessmen have themselves in mind, but not Ray. He seeks to help others and truly cares. He met with my father in person a few times, once in which me and my children were present and all of us felt so comfortable with him, he explained the offer he was extending my father and let us ask any questions we may have for him then and there, he even gave us his card with his contact info so we could continue to reach out if we had any further questions after he left. There are many businesses that offer to help you when you’re up against a wall, but none of them are offering you what 2nd Chance is offering you. Ray and Sonia Foster are the best ever! I've never seen or met two people with more empathy than them, Sonia helped me with the paperwork because I had no idea what I was doing. Ray kept me informed of everything that was going to go on with what processes we're going to take place.my childhood home was foreclosed on I wasn't quite sure what I was going to do and then I got Ray Foster's flyer in the mail. Ray and Sonia kept my house from going into an auction and mind you they had like 3 weeks to do this in. I highly recommend second chance with Ray and Sonia.kept me from having to pay out thousands of dollars, God bless their souls they are great people!

My husband and I wanted to move from California to Arkansas so ha came over to see our house and made us an offer that would get us out of our current place. Let me first start by saying its been a very long time since ive met a man more genuine as Ray Foster and 2nd chance investment group. 95% of people who show up and talk to u about situation your in is just words to win u over, but ray showed up first thing he did was shake my hand, to me that means everything. I was in a spot were there was no coming back from, brother left me house i payed mortgage payments, did everything the bank asked of me, got probate lawyer, payed 1000's of dollars for redoing house and after 5 months wells Fargo sent back my mortgage checks because my checks were 89 cents short all 5 months. There was no rhyme or reason for this, no contact to me regarding the 89 cents so they started foreclosure. I fought tooth and nail with the bank, but no use come from it. Friend told me about 2nd chance investment group so i gave them a call. First true breath of fresh air i had in awhile. Front start to finish Ray Foster stood by me every step, as did charles, and sonja. They trully gave me my 2nd chance. To get back on my feet.
