2ND STREET CINEMA, Beaumont CA

This cinema is a joke! Gave them a 2nd chance!
We went to see a movie on 12/21/21, for my birthday, AND none of the soda machines had any soda! Management said it was due to the opening of the movie! Okay, so your staff doesn't check these things b4 or after their shift? Or Management? NO EXCUSE!
No concerns for 6 feet apart in seats for Covid-19. Oh and my husband and I where sick for 4 weeks after. You can't pay me to go back to this disgusting, dirty, very unprofessional place again!

The seats are very plush, comfortable and recline like a La-Z-boy recliner. The decor is modern and sleek. The popcorn was okay. There was nothing fancy on the menu. It just had the typical movie theater food options. I did not try anything because, meh, so I can't comment on it. I would've liked the volume in the theater to be a little higher (i don't like hearing another movie when I'm watching my own) but I know that's a personal preference. Overall, a great addition to the city of Beaumont!

It’s a nice theater and the employees are friendly. Sometimes they’re a bit late Turing off the theater lights or maybe they start a movie early or late, so they don’t exactly run a tight shop over there, but they’re still learning, and it gets better every visit. Bumbling, but in kind of a lovable, scrappy way

Great theater to go see a movie. The theater was clean. The seats are extremely comfortable. The popcorn, our beers and mixed drinks were good. The staff was very helpful. Our overall experience was great.

This was the first time my wife and I went to the 2nd Street Cinema and I must tell you that I was very impressed by how they built it. I noticed there weren't too many people and very quiet. Normally, you'll pay at the ticket booth but instead, you can pay at the concession stand and order food before going to see the movie. I know and I do understand that some of our residents have health issues and it was nice to see that the ladies and men's restroom was not too far from the theater and on the same floor. And speaking about restrooms, they were very clean and sanitized. The price was not too bad for two people, I was able to go online to purchase two tickets and reserve where we wanted to seat which was user-friendly and immediately received my confirmation to see Matrix Resurrection. The surround sound in the theater was phenomenal and you won't be disappointed. So, if you are looking for a good movie theater I recommend that you give 2nd Street Cinema a try. I know my wife and I are looking forward to our next movie date.

Clean and very nice place to watch a movie. They have extensive food choices. The seats are very comfortable and the best is the little tables.

Ticket prices are reasonable. For is terrible and overpriced. Bathrooms and theaters were clean. Considering its the only cinema in Beaumont, we'll be back.

Was there yesterday around 4: 30 the management team needs to get it together. Place was cleaner compared to last week but improvement is needed.

If child is small enough to sit on with you on a single set let the workers know and they will get in for free

I like the theater but the prices for the popcorn and drink was kind of high but if you want the food I got to pay the price

Seats are comfortable, sound quality in great, employees are helpful and nice. Love having a slushy cocktail with my movie!

I live in Beaumont, so it's nice to have a local theater. Went there for the 1st time on Christmas day. The theater was clean, the service was good and the seats were extremely comfortable. It's less expensive than the Harkins in Redlands, but more expensive than the Fox in Banning. So going forward our decision of where to go will depend on whether we want to drive further to Banning to save money or stay local, spend more and sit in seats that I could take a nap in.

We went today to watch the new sing 2 movie and these people didn’t want to put on a mask and instead of having a conversation with them privately they stopped the movie turn on lights and start yelling and cussing which scared all the kids in there so unprofessional and this was one of the mangers so that make it worse then left us in there waiting for them to start playing the movie and turn off light while they were still in the hallway arguing they should have offered guest a refund or something for the inconvenience ridiculous and i hope the owner gets his employees in check cause this is not the frist complaint we have see in this so called new Theater DO BETTER

Worst movie theater iv ever been to. They always leave the lights on or the screen is not working but the sound is on. Iv never had a movie theater check my purse either but this place.

Very nice seating and theater. However, the customer service here is horrible. With our popcorn we also ordered Vitamin Water. They brought out a new case that was room temperature. We then ask for cups with ice, they said they would have to charge us for the cups. We ask why are you charging us for the cups since the Vitamin Waters are warm. They didn’t care. Then when we arrived at the kiosk to check in with our movie tickets they guy at the kiosk was asleep. We woke him up, he took my phone to scan the code then failed to give my phone back. I had to reach over and take my phone. The seats are really nice. But my seat was dirty with the previous customer’s popcorn. Will not be coming back to 2nd Street Theater.

Nice theater with reclining seats and little tray tables for each seat. Refillable drinks, pay i believe $6 for a large soda and you fill it yourself and can have refills. Past few times being here they have been understaffed and had issues getting the movie playing on time, but that was a minor inconvenience. A couple times they didnt have anyone taking tickets so it does cause some confusion for people.

This theater is great! I love being able to choose my seats ahead of time, and the tickets are very reasonably priced. There are many options for snacks, and they are pretty good. The seats are comfortable and recline, and there is a tray also, which is very helpful for the drinks and snacks.
