I reached out to numerous window companies for quotes and 3 Blind Mice was one of the first to get back to me. They sent Mike out to my home quickly. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me understand my options for window coverings to meet our home’s needs. He answered all of my questions and got the products ordered for me. The wait was short for the window coverings to come in and Ruben followed up to schedule an install. The installer (I feel bad that I don’t recall his name) called ahead, was actually ahead of schedule, and installed the window coverings incredibly quickly. They were done very well with no mess left behind and he gave me a couple tips on how to ‘break them in’ and options for using the handles as well as how to take them on and off. I am incredibly happy with the whole process from start to finish and the window coverings themselves are great quality and look so nice. I see them lasting a long time.
