Really bad customer service. Told they do it all, from order, manufacture, and install. Not true. Installer missing parts. After 3 visits blinds still not complete. Once you pay, trying to reach anyone by phone is impossible. Avoid if you can. Their web site doesn’t have reviews listed. Red flag.

The process went very smoothly, from initial sales meeting through installation. Everyone arrived promptly and performed their tasks. The blinds are very nice, and they operate very smoothly.

Unfortunately we got a blind with Next Day Blinds, and they got taken over by 3 Day blinds not too long our purchase. Fast forward, our warranty was is longer honored by 3 day blinds. What about the customers? It took me 3 weeks to find that out because no one got back to me after calling and emailing numerous times. Who wants to pay for this expensive window treatment, look at it damaged, knowing they got a warranty upon purchase, and there’s nothing we can do about it. We have to get a new treatment but it won’t be with this company. They could have gotten a lot of business from us, but we are going with another company. I do not recommend at all.
Edit: then they had the nerve to send me an offer in the mail. I would never use them again because I don’t trust this company.

The company was very easy to work with starting from the phone call to get a designer to come to my house, the designer at my home with alot of selections to the installer…
Very easy hassle free and a pleasant experience!
Would call them again and most definitely give their name out for window treatments.

Our sales person was knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. She did n’t try to push us to buy anything we didn’t want
Her measurements were perfect. When the installer arrived, he knew exactly what ha was doing. He was friendly and totally appropriate. He installed in short order. And we love them! They were exactly what we wanted! We’ll be putting more window treatments in the future and we will definitely call 3 Day blinds!

The entire experience with 3 Day Blinds was positive, from my first inquiry until the final installation, though it did take slightly longer than 3 days. I needed window coverings for my balcony windows but did not want to block the view. The solution was motorized sheer shades. When they are closed they block the sun but when opened - which happens automatically when lowered - I can still see outside but with a hazy view. Although you cannot see from the pictures is that those windows are 96 inches in length and 84 inches long. You can stop them at any point. The cat likes her morning sun so I stopped one 3/4 of the way down, while the one is lowered to the floor.

If you buy from 3 Day Blinds you better be good at fixing their blinds yourself. I bought blinds for my entire house (about 5 motorized and 5 standard). One of each tends to break every 4-5 months. Then you spend another 4-5 months trying to get a hold of support. When you do, they transfer you to the "motorized department" AKA "don't call us, we'll call you" and then they never call. Once you repeat that process for about 3 months they will schedule someone to come out in 2-3 months.

Best part is, once they actually do come out, another set of blinds is broken by then but they won't "have the necessary parts" to fix that. So then you live, die, repeat the process of taking 6 months to fix the broken blinds even though they were literally there looking at them.

Philip listened to what I was looking for and then gave me excellent advice. He offered his designer opinion and it was perfect! The window shades arrived the following week and were expertly installed.

Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service! I've never experienced such incompetence and unprofessionalism.

I ordered ONE motorized outdoor blind in October for $2000. Waited 2 months for it to be delivered and installed. However, it was missing the remote control (the only way to operate the blind) and came with the wrong cable. The cable was not made for the outdoors and was too short to reach the outlet, despite the fact they came to assess and take measurements prior to production.

I had to call them again to inform them of the issue. They ordered the cable and said it would arrive in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, I called them to get an update, and the cable was nowhere to be found. After spending a cumulative of 4 hours on the phone with 3 Day Blinds and speaking to 2 different managers and several customer service representative, my issue was never resolved. Conveniently however, they had charged me the full amount.

Don't EVER order anything from 3 Day Blinds! They should be put out of business of their lack of ethics.

Excellent customer service and advice - Brandon Meadows, the design consultant we worked with, in particular was great. His advice was extremely helpful and he did a great job showing us all the options available to us, but also not pushing to upsell us things we didn't really need. He worked with our modest budget and showed a genuine interest in our needs.

The blinds themselves were delayed by a bit, so we were in a blinds-less house a little longer than we wanted, but Brandon was always quick with an update whenever I reached out and considering the supply chain issues facing so many industries out there, I can't fault them for the delay. The blinds look great, work perfectly, and were installed quickly and courteously by the installer. I cannot recommend 3DB in general and Brandon in particular highly enough (for those in the Frederick, MD, Loudoun VA and WV panhandle areas.)

3 DAY BLINDS is a SCAM
My 3 Day Blinds order was placed 7/7/22. Eight weeks later, 9 Roman Shades were installed on 9/2/22,8 were motorized. 2 motorized shades will not hold a charge, another doesn’t work and it’s fully charged. 3 of the original shades came with grease spots, and 3 were badly damaged. 6 of 9 were replaced and 2 replacements were cut incorrectly. One more replaced and it was cut incorrectly. Another is cut sideways and doesn’t show as a reorder. The remote for motorization isn’t synchronized so 3 windows together are not even. 3 DAY BLINDS has no quality control except for the outsourced installing company. Phone and email messages are not returned. Except for constant re-installments, there is no customer service. Their answer is to keep replacing products with more bad products. Every replacement introduces a new problem.
I want ALL shades removed. So far I have gotten nowhere. Dave Hall, CEO, Dan Williams, CRO, board members Greg Moore, Scott Gilbertson and Timothy Burke, your company is a scam.

I would give it 0, product arrived damaged, installer still installed it. The frames have graps, I've called for the last 2 months and have got the run around. The refuse to re measure and will only come to fix a panel at a time.

Customer service is no help, Chris D.told me he has the final say.

Run from these poorly constructed blinds. We had these installed and within a very short time, many problems with them. Of course, if you want them fixed, you can call the 1 800 number to get an appt for someone to come out. But, that won't fix the poor quality. Very disappointed by the remote controls and shades that won't go down because they are too wide for the window and works once or twice.

The lack of professionalism from this establishment boggles my mind. The sales rep that came to my house was not a professional. Had a very odd attitude and was not tactful.

The sales rep broke our brand new $900 mirror and didn’t tell us! We heard a loud bang when she was measuring the bedroom. However, we were in the living room and didn’t think much of it. It wasn’t until after the rep left that my friend noticed the crack on the mirror. We then put 1 and 1 together. Their customer service told me “well look into this matter” for 2 weeks. Mind you, I was the one following up consistently as they would not follow up when they said they would. Now they are refusing to take any action because we don’t have a video recording of the sales rep breaking the mirror. Who would put a security camera in their bedroom? ! It’s ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Honestly reading the other reviews I can completely attest that they do not have a properly run customer service department.

I’d give a ZERO! DO NOT USE THEM! Out of 16 windows I have 5 windows coverings and one is broken and the rest are spread all over my house. Crustomer service will not get back to me. I’ve sent emails and have tried to call. They charged me the full amount and basically I’ve gotten lemons and scammed! No one will respond back. Complete scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Be warned! I have no coverage in my house now because they had us take everything existing down. We had to move things out of the way. Basically left damaged goods and left without any word of what the next steps are. Scam! Charged me the full amount!

UPDATE - 3Day Blinds responding to this review saying you would like my phone number and invoice number. How? Contact the Customer Service Department that never responded with any answers except that we will call you and I never received a call from ANY of the customer service reps that “promised” to call back.

Think twice - maybe three times before you buy. It’s not cheap to be robbed.
