3 Monkeys Smoke & Vape Shop, Roseville CA

Bought a torch today spent under 30 bucks didn't even work, dude says there's probably a warranty something about 6 weeks or 6 months. Really I just got it literally 4 hours ago. Oh no exchanges he says. I believe the other 2 ladies that work there would have handled it alot better. I guess I just lose out

Refused to serve me becuase I refused to ware a mask. It’s fine, your not the only head shop in town. Been. Customer for 3 years. No more cash from this guy.

Good selection of stuff. They're usually out of coils, but other than that, the selection is pretty good. I'm usually in and out in less than 6 minutes. Great local shop.

I won't lie this location I wasn't fondest with like 3-2 years ago but like now I love the new workers and vibe the shop has so I def will make this a regular place too for me to check

I have been in this business multiple times. I know that it’s cheaper to buy online. The young lady I have dealt with is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Any business should seriously want to recruit her for her amazing customer service skills. It’s hard to find good coworkers and employees like her.

I went in looking for a vape and the customer service was impeccable! I had every question answered, had a great time talking and left with everything I needed and more!

I have never received this kind of customer service. Shamir and his wife are great. Hunter and Brandon greet me by name and ALWAYS are attentive to my needs. The prices are the best in the area. I love that I receive point on every purchase that earn me discounts on future purchases. So happy i made the switch to 3 Monkeys. Thanks guys you are doing a super job.

Been going to the three monkeys, for about three years, near my house. Great prices and never disappointed with their products.

Visited a lot of shops in the area trying to find good knowledgeable service. These guys take the cake. A little out of the way for me but worth it. Service is great these guys know their stuff and take care of you.

Everyone is super helpful, love the staff! They have a huge variety of vapes, vape juices, pipes and cigars. Oh yeah and ciggies too!

Hunter was super awesome! He exchanged my broken vape without a receipt! Love this smoke shop they are all very kind and helpful:)

Helped me pick out the right type of juice, and everyone is so knowledgeable about their passion. I drive all the way from Sac to Roseville just to see these guys are THE BEST.
You can't beat the prices, or the help. One of my favorite shops.

Great store, very patient employees; they didn't have any brands I knew (I'm new to CA), but took the time to go over their selection with me (30+ minutes) to make sure I got something I'd like.

Always friendly and knowledgeable would recommend everytime and its not to expensive and they always have new stuff to look at everytime I go in.

I don't usually go into these places but I really needed some candy and a gift for my br ok ther who partakes in his legal right to smoke the pots

I usually never go to smoke shops to get my vaping products because they lack in that department but this one is pretty good. Good selection and prices and the employee that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable.

A few months ago I would have given this store just a star. However, with the clean up that was done and with the new management I am extremely happy with the service I now receive. Great job at picking up the customer service!

I love coming here. Been going for years. They always have a good selection for juices and are very knowledgeable on their stuff too.
