I could feel some sort of bug jumping on me and the owner is just plain rude.the store should be cleaner.

Reptiles, Rodents, & supplies.
Knowledgeable representatives w/alot of experience in the hobby world of pets.
Pls be careful while transporting fish. So as not to spook them.

Bought a turtle and died the next day and called to see if they would give me another or a refund but they were so unprofessional I was transferred to 3 different people who just put me on hold for 30mins

This is by far the best pet store in town! I never feel guilty for visiting this shop because it was well worth my time. It was a serene, safe, and spotless environment. The people who would entertain you were very pleasant and friendly. The pet's surroundings were also lovely and captivating. Continue your excellent work! It is highly recommended!

I came here to buy my son a snake for his 4 year birthday. They picked a snake out for him. I went to take the snake to petco to pick up a reptile cage because the tanks they had were only 10 and 15 gallon tanks that day. Petco looked at my snake and told me immediately upon lookin at the snake that the snake was sick. I called to the store to let them know that I had taken the snake to get checked on and they told me “you bought the snake and it’s your problem” then hung up. Very bad customer service I had to just buy my son a whole new snake from Petco. I paid less then half of what I paid to this hood store at Petco and got way better service. Never going here again! So disappointed!

Really disappointed. Went to buy 3 feet of 1 1/4” tubing…was great that they had it, a nice young man cut it for me, but it had no price. We went to ask the woman behind the counter who I think is the owner how much it was and she said $7 a foot.
I’ve worked at various aquarium stores off and on for over a decade and never heard of tubing being that pricey. I’m sure prices have gone up, but that is extremely high. I told her this, and that the price “was highway robbery”, and she then told the guy he could charge me $3 a foot. No sooner than she said that, she said, $5 a foot.
I said, “l’m sorry, I don’t mean to be rude, but you’re just spouting out numbers at random. Is there an actual price for this that doesn’t keep changing? ”
She then looked away and refused to speak to me and the guy who worked there was dumbfounded and apologized. I just left. Never will I give my business to an owner that treats their customers this way. I would have rather her stuck to her guns of the tubing being $7 a foot than to “profile” me and make up prices arbitrarily then refuse to speak to me when I called her out about it.

I recently bought a new fish tank and supplies from here. The younger female cashier added 7 more items into my bag and rung it up without me knowing. When I questioned the total and started adding everything up manually, then she started explaining what these extra items were.

Both the older woman and younger woman were present, the younger one was helping me with my transaction. I'm not sure who done it, but they both tried it. I asked her to remove those extra items from my total, then paid and left.

I then found 2 extra fish tank plants in my bag.

If the tank is $99 and I'm walking around picking up more items, why would you still try to rob me? In a predominately Black American neighborhood? This business is foul.

This pet shop that I visited yesterday was awesome and heart-flattering. It was never a doubt that I trusted their skills upon making my pet, Sofia has a new-look. With the expertise they possessed, I could never thank them enough for satisfying me a lot. They were using clean utensils and equipment upon the haircut and taking her a bath. I’m honored enough to recommend this pet shop to my friends who had their pets at home. God bless. I’ll come again at any time!

A very affordable pet shop in the area! Last weekend, I tried to visit your shop to buy some diapers and other stuff for my newly born puppies. I thanked your staff for accommodating my needs. I was so happy with the price because it was so affordable. You expect me to visit your shop again! Strongly recommended!

Very patient n did good work.my dog is a pit bull n he was giving problems at first so I had to stay with him the whole time.also was charged a extra 10.00 cause she had to put a muzzle on him.she was scared that he would bite because he was scared.but everything turned out good.definitly going bacc every month

These guys are incredibly sensitive to my issues, and they even provide a complete solution for my pets. April 17th 2021,10 am. The worst grooming facility I have ever been to, this lady is so rough and aggressive with the hands on treatment, blow drying the dogs with a garden leaf blower, no lie, dog hair everywhere, stuck to the walls the ceiling, everywhere, don't waste your money uth here, seriously, find somewhere else to take your dog this place needs to just focus on pet supplies, that's it. My poor baby is distraught after leaving, $55.00 is what I paid for the worst animal treatment pet grooming service ever. Please take my word of advice, find somewhere else.

I was feeling grateful when your staff was very helpful and friendly in answering my concerns. I also observed that the shop was very spacious and smells so good. What a nice pet shop in the area! Wonderful and affordable pet shop near me! I decided to buy some stuff for my newborn puppies. Very strongly recommended!

During our stay, we ate here many times and had a great time each time. It's worthwhile to take a vacation! We haven't visited this location in a long time, and we won't have to now! This company is more than just a coffee shop. Aromas has outstanding breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus, as well as regular specials.
