6Very Nice bulding. However I called and the staff was not very nice. I asked to tour and I was told I was not allowed to tour as I said I was not going to apply the same day since I was still looking at apartments
Very engaging and hands-on support throughout the initial contact to move-in by their portfolio managers, Kala and Rosa. Would highly recommend.
Have tried to tour this apartment over a year ago and also just recently. Both times I was met with the classic “this mailbox is full” message when calling and the leasing office seems to always be vacant. Like is this apartment invite only?
I had come from out of town and lined up some appointments. 3838 was one of those appointments and when I had arrived no one was answering/opening the door to the leasing center. After a while someone finally answered in which I mentioned I had an appointment. The person responded saying “Sorry I’m unavailable right now. ” And that was it. No apologies or asking to wait/come back, and did not let us in. How disappointing. Not a great sign of management.
Place is great but beware of this crasy LADIE SHE GETS TRIGGERED

Both Sophia and Daniel were incredibly helpful with our cross-country move. They were, and still are, always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel at home. Cannot thank them enough!
