14There’s a lot of feelings here… if you get a table you’re supposed to tip your bottle girls, but I heard the owner doesn’t even pay them? So I’d never support this place again since they won’t pay their employee’s. Crazy to me. Anyway, much better places to go to for sure.
Pay your employees on a timely manner. +5 months and still waiting on a paycheck? That’s ridiculous.
We went for Bollywood night. Decently crowded dance floor with average DJ songs. Standard drinks rates.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this dance bar. The place was unbearably overcrowded, and the security guards failed to handle a violent individual who physically assaulted me. He was hovering near the main entrance to intimidate me further.
To make matters worse, the restroom environment was uncomfortable and inappropriate, with couples openly engaging in intimate activities. It's a complete lack of consideration for patrons who genuinely wanted to use the facilities. I will never return to this establishment.
Went here during Bollywood EDM night and had the misfortune to come across the single worst DJ ever. Each song was ruined by that guy. Pretty sure that he was not a DJ and also has never even been to a club with a decent DJ. Also terrible drinks.
This place is great, and it’s even better that they put on shows that you won’t get in a lot of places downtown. More specifically, I went to an EDM show here which was a lot of fun. If you do go to listen to loud music, I advise that you bring ear protection. I guess it could have been just this specific show, but something about the sound system or acoustics in this place makes the highs unbearably loud. I hope they’ll do something about it. Thankfully, people there were really nice and gave me ear plugs.
Worst nightlife experience ever! Only Indians there because they play Jimi-Jimi Haja-Haja musics all night long. Drinks are super expensive $$$$. This place has nothing common to “Lounge”, Nightclub, Bar, or anything.don’t recommend anyone to go there.
Last Bollywood night experience was worst. They fill in the space with people more than their capacity allows and they cant provide service to those people. They kept throwing people away waiting at the bar to minimize the amount of people they already charged and let in. Blaming people for no reason. I kept waiting in the line to get a drink for ever and had to eventually leave. Don’t waste your money and time here.
Abusive bartenders, they charge the tip without asking first, they fill the drinks with a lot of ice and no alcohol, bad experience
A really friendly bar! The food was excellent & I enjoyed the company of bartenders & other customers
This venue uses lasers aimed directly at guests which is illegal and can permanently damage eyes as well as destroy camera lens.
A great place to hang out & get treated like V. I. P
We enjoy their great drinks and service…!
(Good music)
I'm so happy I found a great food spot in downtown San Jose. I didn’t know 386 lounge served the best pad Thai and fried calamari in the South Bay. I usually have to go to Monterey for great Calamari.
386 lounge is my favorite new spot to meet friends for drinks (including non-alcoholic ones) great food and a chill spot.
I stumbled upon this new bar while on a business. The place was poppin! Drinks were good, the bartenders were super friendly! Highly recommended
