It’s unfortunate when you come across a shop with good reviews and then you go in and get the exact opposite of a quality experience. It’s also unfortunate that now I have to leave a fair & honest review due to this experience - they were neither fair or honest and they also basically spat in my face. They promised me a price on the phone & didn’t hold up their integrity and word once I had my vehicle brought by. They jacked up the price in person; not sure if they were being discriminatory, greedy, or just plain got off on being straight up manipulative and disrespectful. Thought I could trust these gentlemen since the reviews say I should, but I wouldn’t & they did nothing but waste my time and make rude comments. I wouldn’t in good faith be able to recommend this shop to my friends, family, or acquaintances. I will be taking my business elsewhere - and if I were you, I would too.
You can definitely trust Ever with your vehicle! The catalytic convertor of our Prius was stolen. He managed to find a new one so quickly, fixed it and put it in a cage (super tip if you have a Prius!).
He completed the overall repair very quickly. He's super nice and gave us precious advice. His service is very affordable. I couldn't recommend him enough. Thank you Ever.
My car started overheating and I was no where near home, alone, and know absolutely nothing about cars. Going into auto shops as a young woman there’s always that doubt I was going to get ripped off so I was just freaking out on the inside because I just wanted to be home safely. I was lucky enough to drive it here to 4ever and they had my problem fixed in less than an hour and charged me under $100. They were so kind and helpful and they even explained and actually showed me where the problem was! Thanks for saving me!:)
