I contracted with them for $2500 and paid them half and they kept hounding me for the final $1250 even though the City did not approve their work and had additional questions, and they refuse to finish their work unless I pay $1250 paid to collections (yes these professionals sent me to collections) and $699 paid to them for late fees for being 7 months past due!? That is around 70 percent annum and California max allows at the most 18 percent! I may update my review depending on how well they decide to treat a client with fairness and finish their work. Johnathon Varela is the COO who I have been dealing with and now I have a meeting with the CEO Dustin Rosepink but it appears he is trying to stick to their guns to gouge me! Now they reduced it from $699 in late fees to $300 so I just changed their review from one to two stars I feel really gouged and taken advantage of as I have paid over $50,000 in architectural and engineering fees just for a simple 1200 square-foot roof addition and still don’t have City Approval to build. These guys do decent work but are super expensive and if you don’t pay them on time they’ll send you to collections so watch out!
