They do excellent work and the guys are really nice, well informed, and happy to help! Super friendly staff! If they don't have what you need in stock they will order is for you and it usually gets there pretty quick (couple of days).

Like many places customer service as a whole has severely degraded since the pandemic. This place is no different, probably understaffed. First they would not order a part for me, so I had to do it on the internet. Since they never answer the phone I had to drive there to see if it was there, which it was not. I was assured they would call me when it came in, a month later no call and they still do not answer the phone. I would never have any work done here or come back here again. Sorry 4WD

How do you sell 4 wheel drive Parts but never have any of them in stock?
Who the h*** wants to wait for weeks for a lift kit and then the 4 weeks come and they don't have them in stock from your factory

Really bad Service. I was informed the product would arrive the following day and kept going to find out it was in boxes but they were too lazy to go through their arrivals to give me my products. As I tried to return the product to buy them elsewhere they told me I’d be charged a restock fee even though I never received anything. When I revised the written restock fee policy I found out they were completely misinformed of the policy. I finally received the product a whole week after. I was informed by a different branch that my product had been there the whole time. If you purchase product from 4wp do not send them to Chula Vista.

If you like paying over retail and over charged labor work, then this is your place, they act like everyone but them know about products and act if you don’t have access to the internet, manufacturer had a buy 4 tires get an instant 400 rebate which wasn’t mentioned to me especially after I said I’ll be paying cash, once asked about the rebate they tried telling me they don’t have to honor discounts but that is not true because once your an authorized dealer you must agree to the terms and promos they give at a national level, after calling corporate they agreed with me and refunded me 400 and then some,

Fine all you need to lift your vehicle. But if you need some parts they Harley have. You have to buy a lift kit to replace one part.

These guys are awesome. Not douchebags like other off-roading places. The sales guy and the tech both educated me on my issue and helped me out. Thank you guys!

The worst service you can have, it seems that they are doing you a favor by serving you, they never have anything in stock, they do not assist you in anything, for all you are looking for is a I do not have it, there is not, I do not know, it does not carry that.it is pure fame of the store, very bad service

I called them and put me on hold for 1 hour.dont buy there.terrible customer service.and there's a guy named Julio that is a big liar. I made an appointment.for an installment of $2000 dollars tires and said I never spoke to him

Beware of unprofessional and irresponsible group here. They will misplace your online order and be unable to provide a solution, refund, or expected arrival of new shipment.

It can be tough to get them on the phone sometimes because they get super busy. But, they do excellent work and the guys are really nice, well informed, and happy to help!

Do not order anything here. I placed an order, called and they had no idea and promised to call back. They did not I called multiple times, emailed the manager, wrote to corporate and nothing at all. I have my order confirmation yet no one knows where my order is or bothered to reach out. I had to request a chargeback from my bank, but honestly stay away from this place.

Its a nightmare i have purchased some parts and since i bought them i been going back and forth because they are giving me the parts for other cars that i never asked.never answer the phone super bad customer service its a nightmare the employees dont care.the only answer from them was purchase it at another place even one of the employees that was a customer before said that he even pruchased parts from them and its been a year and they havent had their part shipped omg i cant believe it.i cant believe why he even asked for work there.im BEYOND MAD.
