Moved from the Bay Area and needed a storage unit. Krystal was able to find one immediately. During the move in process we discovered we needed another unit. She had a move out earlier that day and was able to get it ready for us quickly. She is always very cheerful and ready to help. After 1 1/2 years we were finally able to empty the last unit.

We recently moved up to the area and needed a storage unit on short notice with flexible terms. We got exactly that with 46 East Self Storage. Krystel was a pleasure to work with and extremely flexible with us throughout our tenancy. The use of the move-in special moving truck saved us the time and money which would have been required to rent a similarly sized UHaul. I used 46 East Self Storage for at least 6 years, moving there from another place that didn't have good dust/dirt control. 46 East was kept very clean. Any debris accumulating was gone within a day. As afternoon winds kick up, dust inevitably gets into the unit which was the case in mine - even though the weather stripping looked in good shape. The only other issue I had was difficulty getting the sliding latch to close. At first I had to carry a hammer to tap it in, but discovered that if I held the door down by putting my foot on the flange at the bottom it slid without any other persuason. Krystel was great. In fact, every employee I met over the years was tops: friendly, attentive and hard working.

Very friendly and accomodating. Helped me several times with door issues. Would recommend it to anyone needing storage.

46 east self storage is the best. Gated, super clean with 24 hour surveillance. Krystel at the front desk is very professional, polite and friendly to help and answer your questions! I think they offer a truck to move your things in town
