Focused. Relaxed. Fun. Serious, but not too serious. That is the theme of this institute.
The course was filled organized lectures and had countless random clinical pearls/words of wisdom - that was the beauty of the course. There was intent and focus, but also had bouts of spontaneity that created a lively and fun environment. What differentiated this course from others was one thing: the way the leaders empowered learners. They helped solve my doubts. They unveiled my knowledge gaps. And they left me to troubleshoot my errors. 4M didn’t teach me just step-by-steps. 4M taught me principles.
