4S Commons Town Center reviews
20Some good shops and restaurants in the area. There was more restaurants in 2019. But thanks to COVID in 2020, a lot of restaurants close shop for good. On a positive note some new restaurants are opening soon.
Super fun place. Great food and awesome cider. Chai me a river was really tasty. I don't like beer, so I can only rate the cider. Sweet cashier too.
I used to like Karl Strauss, but this new process of ordering at the counter feels like McDonald's with alcohol. There's no service because all the servers are hanging out at the bar. Definitely don't like the new system.
I love this shopping center because there's a huge variety stores here, from grocery to department to restaurants, to banks.
Super yummy food.try their happy hours from 3 to 6pm.only $5 for margaritas and appetizers.
Dinner at Miguels Cocina for party of 15. Seems staff is struggling to keep up with amount of customers. Had reservations, tables were not clean, no silverware untill after food was served, only one server for our big party. She did well but it was overwhelming im sure.
Really nice shopping center. Worth a trip to a few stores just to see the diffence in items they carry in stock compared to the places close to me. The 4S Ace Hardware is very different than the Ramona Ace.:)
Finest Ralphs store in SoCal.
Makes sense since it's located in the valley of what was the Ralph's family ranch for over 100yrs.
The name of that ranch - " 4S Ranch".
Ergo, the name of the community.
Great location. Big fan of Jimbo’s, ACE, Unleashed, Mostra, World Market, Karl Strauss and Jamba Juice. An occasional visit to Panera or Chipotle is also good. But what makes it a bit sad is all the empty spots and businesses that constantly tank in there. Been in the neighborhood 10yrs and I’ve seen so many businesses come and go - it’s a bit of a bummer. More often then not, we drive over to Carmel Mtn or Torrey Highlands for more variety of shopping and dining. Hope Unleashed, Mostra and Jimbo’s never go as I’m always at those stores.
Love the proximity to stores from hardware, home decor, groceries, banking or restaurants.
Huge suburban plaza, lots of big box stores, and restaurants, so super convenient. The karl strauss here has great outdoor seating.
You need otherwise hard to find ingredients for recipes found on computer ho there on 4S ranch.
It’s in my town, great to have, convenient, close, clean. The businesses are useful, friendly, accommodating.
Jimbos is my major attraction. A wide variety of specialty organics with friendly staff. Plenty of parking makes it more attractive than Whole Foods.
It's just a strip center and parking can get crowded in the afternoons and weekends. They have free level two vehicle chargers/EVSE but, they are hard to find unless you know where to look. Look between the Wells Fargo and Baskin-Robbins.
I often visit Jmbos grocery when here. They are unique and my favorite for local organic food.
If they have what you need is great but is not a good all-around Shopping Center. There's a Stater Brothers and a great bakery a wonderful Filipino restaurant, 24 Hour Fitness and the number of other things but it's kind of place you go for a specific item.
I drive for Amazon and I stopped in to use the restroom as I dont have alot of options when in my routes. Was told I couldn't. I understand the store might have policies (I used to be a supervisor at cvs) but you can always make an exception. Staff member was rude about it as well.
This place is great there are a lot of shops in here and a lot of things to do nice and easy to walk to with lots of parking also
