4Seating, La Habra CA

While researching for replacement furniture, anticipating our move from So CA to NC, we discovered 4seating Theater Chairs. Placing a telephone call to same, I had the good fortune of being connected to Mr. Zack Falcon.

Zack was friendly, patient and informative while explaining the many features of the various models and combinations offered. Sending brochures, and even swaths of the leather and colors we sought. Zack was most helpful in our decision making progress.

Once we thought we knew what we wanted, another call to Zack. He suggested we visit factory showroom in La Habra, as we were only a couple hours away; so we made an appointment, and did so.

Kudos to Mr. Dario Galvez. Dario was most gracious in allowing my daughter-in-law, my son and me the time we needed to make our final decision. In fact we decided on a different model, and eliminated a feature we thought we wanted, due to this visit.

Another call to Zack, we placed our final order with the changes desired. Deal done.

Zack kept us appraised of all the current phases of this adventure. What a grand conclusion. We love our chairs.

About a month ago, I placed an order for four Seatcraft Athenian chairs. Having never seen the chairs in-person, I was extremely nervous about ordering these from a company that is located 2,000 miles from my house! After speaking with Joseph, all of my questions were answered, and ultimately my mind was put at ease. My wife and I decided to go for it!

Last week Friday, I took delivery of the chairs. The white glove service was awesome. I didn't need to lift a finger! Having back issues, this was a welcome relief to me.

Following the installation, I eagerly test drove each of the chairs. What can I say? THEY ARE AWESOME! Comfortable, high quality, functional, top notch. My entire family loves them. In fact, my 11-year-old daughter mentioned that "These are better than the seats at the movie theater! "

Joseph was incredibly knowledgeable about all the specifications of the Grenada chairs I ordered, answering every question I had and even offering insight to features that I didn’t think to ask about. I have every confidence in recommending him to others.

I loved working with these people. I drove up from Carlsbad to see the office and meet them. There were just no problems. Nine theater seats and the
Sound Shaker system. All perfectly installed.

Meagan Saenz was the best! I already love the product and placed a order in the process of of home being built. The timeframe was a little off and I assumed that there would be nothing that I could do and that I would potentially have to place my items in the storage until my home was ready. I reached out and talked to Meagan and she stated she would look into it and call me back. Of course all representatives say things like this so I was a little skeptical. However to my pleasant surprise she reached back out to me with a awesome solution that would fit my delivery into the time frame that I needed. This company is an excellent source for media room chairs. We love our media chairs and will continue to refer people to 4seating.com for a great experience. Our salesperson, Joseph, was extremely professional in working with us and ensured that we were well taken care of! I have never purchased anything this size online, but I would highly recommend the company and the product. The Seatcraft Sienna 7000 feels terrific! We also had the SoundShakers added. The SoundShakers are genuinely fantastic and feel great whether gaming or watching a movie. Amazing customer service. Thank you Joseph. He explained the differences I needed to know to make the right choice for my seating. Walked me through the quick and painless financing that took 2 minutes max to complete. Had my order quote emailed before I even got off the phone. Can’t wait for the seating to arrive and complete what so far should be the benchmark for every companies level of service.

We absolutely LOVE our Apex seats from 4seating! They transformed our movie room into something even better than we imagined! My purchase with 4seating took about 6 months, and they stuck with me through the whole process. I was building a new house, and so wasn't quite ready to buy. Needless to say, I went through several different choices of model, color, and fabric/leather style. They sent me (I think) about 6 different sets of samples, and never once did I ever experience anything but TOP customer service. Zack was extremely patient with me through the whole process, and always answered all my questions in a timely manner. Once the time came, I called him and had my chairs in a week. Oh, and by the way, they honored their quoted price from day one, six months later, even though EVERYTHING got WAY more expensive this year.

These Mantra chairs are great! They're a little firm when new, I'd say, but that's actually a good thing - they will break in. I've had couches that were soft and comfy when new and they end up saggy and TOO soft in a couple years. These Seatcraft chairs are built like tanks. The only thing I'd say (and this is a nitpick) is that it was a bit difficult for me to figure out how to connect the lights for the loveseat configuration. I'm sure I could have called and asked - I'm just stubborn and like to figure things out for myself!

Our salesperson Joseph was knowledgeable and helpful. He was very responsive and took care of everything for us. Shipping took longer than expected but the delivery company was to blame, not 4seating. The new Theater seats look and function amazingly. Very happy customers.

I cannot speak highly enough! Clara Hinojosa was so helpful during the ordering, shipping and set-up process. When you order from this company, your sales rep sends you a direct email and phone number so you always speak to the same person who knows the details of the order. Their customer service is perfectly refreshing! The shipping was quick and the couch came beautifully wrapped inside the crate and out. I’m so happy I’d give 12 stars if I could!

Ordering with Joseph Ybarra was fun and easy, It took a while to get my chairs because of the color we chose but it was worth the wait. I sat and watched football all day yesterday and I loved every minuet of it.

Received couch 15 days ago without the power cord. Called and was told the power cord will be sent out the next day and it was. Have been waiting for it for 10 days now. Called twice and was told if not received by today to call back and they will try to figure out what happen.also I had to wait 3 and a half months from the time I ordered it until it was delivered.

Just ordered (2) rows of 3, Seatcraft Rialto and sales representative, Zack, was very informative about the process and very professional. Great job providing useful information without feeling pressure on upsales. Will work with them again.
