5 Star Nails, Menifee CA

I'm changing my review from a five to a one!
I went back and got a $40 mani/pedi, and my nails were chipping in two days.
When I went back to show them, the man said it was my problem, I should have gotten gel! I've gotten many, many regular manicures in my life, and they never chipped in two days! Not going back.

I highly recommend this nail salon they are all very polite and professional. I always love the way my nails are done and I can even go 1 month and they will not lift, and never had one of them break or fall off. My tech is Dan I have been coming to him for years! I promise you will not be disappointed with the service.

I can’t even believe I just wasted the past hour at this place sitting there waiting for my pedicure. I called on the phone before and asked them if they had time for a two child manicure pedicure as well as a spa manicure pedicure for myself and they said yes we have time come right over. I sat there for 45 minutes while they took one child made the other wait and then took the other while I was sitting there waiting for my turn when two people walked in through the door as walk ins and they accommodated them within five minutes. When I was absolutely shocked I stated I can’t believe that this just happened to me worst experience ever. I requested to speak with the manager and asking for at least a name of who is in charge so that I can call later Mia refused to give me the persons name and said she was in charge (The person who did the fast sloppy work) Worst experience of my life in a nail salon. Never ever waste your time at this place. After reading the rest of the reviews everyone says the same thing that they just sat there for 20 or 30 minutes without anything. Really disgusting that they would waste peoples time like this. STAY AWAY!

Nia did a great job on my nails! She is very kind and patient and did exactly what I asked for! I have receieved soany compliments. Can't thank you enough Nia! She will forever have my business:)

Accommodated us same day. I am very happy with the service I received here. Kay did a wonderful job on my pedicure she is kind and everyone here is friendly. This was my first time here and I will definitely return to have my nails done. Very peaceful and the massage chair felt wonderful.

Really love this nail salon. They are professional, very clean and so friendly. I've been multiple times and I'm always impressed with the results.

They were nice when we initially came in. I got a double spa pedicure for me and my daughter. They spent the rest of their time talking to each other in another language but super nice again for tip time. The girl didnt even paint my daughters middle toe at all

BEWARE! I called this establishment before I went to make sure they were accepting walk-ins. The guy on the phone said that they were and that they were not busy at the moment. I told him I was enroute. When I arrived 15 minutes later, no one acknowledged me when I walked in so I proceeded to let them know what I needed. I sat down and waited 30 minutes for them to tell me that they have appointments. I told them that I called and spoke to a guy and the guy started cursing me out and acting like he was going to fight me and even pulled out mace like I threatened him. I will never return to this establishment! They were very rude liars and clearly do not want to service black people. I literally had to call the police. That’s how bad the situation was. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

DO NOT GO! I went into establishment was treated very rude after being ignored for over 20 min! One of the male employees started speaking to me rude and used vulgar language all because I question why I was NOT being serviced! The male employee was coming at me like he was going to hit me.next, he goes into his drawer and pulls out an unknown object. I exited the salon and called the police. DO NOT GO HERE! Employees are dangerous with anger issues.

The staff was very nice. I had an appointment and they took me in 5 min.early, rarity. They were pretty quick too. I had a mani/pedi. I will go back. They had plastic in their pedi spas, which I love and plexi glass in between the nail artist. I gave them a 4 star because they were a little pricey. But, I will return. The hand massage was great. I'm also use to having acrylics so I was happy with the manicure results and quality.

Been with the same nail tech since 2012 he refused to book my appointment and then said you don't understand I don't want anymore new clients go somewhere else I was like really I've been with you since 2012 over 9 years and your gonna be rude and tell me to go elsewhere and he said yeah I only take a certain type of client. Don't go here if you want to be mistreated as a customer

Kay did a great job! I was trying something different with the black nails but probably won't get black ever again. Its not really for me. Overall Kay was super friendly and I loved the energy she put out. She aims to please and is very patient!

Took such great care of my daughters and I. Very clean and regulating business flow as needed due to COVID regulations. Treated us professionally and kind, while giving great service. We received pedicures and acrylic manicures. Great work! Thank you for the much missed pampering!

Lady who did my nails mustve been rushing to get the person after me because everything was fine until she had to paint my nails.she didnt even paint the top portion of each nail so theres a gap on every finger, she filed into my thumb so hard she cut me and i bled and also got polish on my fingers with how sloppy she did them.they just look awful for what i paid.update: 3 nails broke off within a week by doing simple tasks, they are so brittle.
