Zero customer service. Walked in looking for a shirt and pant set. Once the customer service representative was free; instead of helping me; he decided to just begin a conversation with the other sales rep. Thanks for waisting my time and gas. Cheaper on amazon! Do not be ripped off!

Great service
I finally found decent pants and boots. Spoke to soon I went back on 9/25/2022. Liz the sales lady treated me so rude unfortunately there was a customer with his wife that heard the conversation and came to my rescue. Brian the manager heard the argument as I had to call him over. Liz continued on her rampage. The manager said he would talk to her but I knew he wasn't sincere. I would of fired her on the spot.

2 stars for customer service and online ordering. Placed an order for an item that was shown to be in stock for online ordering. After a week of no notification, I called to check the status of the order only to find out that it had been cancelled due to being out of stock. The item is still available for online purchase as of this posting, however it is unavailable and will not be restocked. I received no notification that my order was cancelled and had I not called, I would still be waiting for a cancelled order.

This is an awesome place for almost everything tactical. The bags are great, and the clothes and shoes are comfy and durable. Customer service is top notch between their knowledge and helpfulness. People complain about their price, and I get that, but I have yet to find anything comparable in quality and design at a lower cost. The only issue is the parking lot isn’t ideal with the gym and that weed shop next door.

The store’s employees look bored and bothered. I asked about some apparel and the employee could only give me a guess. I made the purchase anyway. Now I have to return it because I should have known better.
Parking is an issue. Avoid the peak afternoon hours, it’s a nightmare to find a spot.

The people were super helpful. Got in and left in 5 minutes due to superb service. Bought what I needed and left with what I was looking for.

Always fond what i need, good selection of clothing and tactical items. Good costumer service.

As soon as I entered the workers greeted me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular, I did, and they brought it out quick! I love the 5.11 stores and their gear is usually available. For those curious about discounts, no, 5.11 currently does not offer law enforcement nor military discounts. Still a great place to shop and I will continue to return. I bought a zip up hoodie and it was fantastic!

Clean store, employees were nice and helpful. Will return. It was my 1st time there and compared to other places similar to this store. I felt more comfortable here.

Came here with my boyfriend to buy running shoes, and the service was exceptional. Miguel helped us find the right shoe, he is very knowledgeable and provided one of the best services I have ever experienced while buying shoes. Thank you Miguel, we appreciate it.

I have never seen such a poor customer service after purchasing item and I recommend their item from different store with nice people, never try to go this store special the manager of store Lucas Holland He doesn’t know how to explain and how to deal with business very poor customer service

Great store. The best work clothes. Pants hold up under very tough conditions. New Quick drying and breathable shirts are fantastic.

This place is decent for tactical clothes and supplies. If you are looking for hiking shoes, backpacks, knifes, flashlights etc.this place has a decent selection. They also have a good selection of coats, flannels, and clothes for outdoor needs.

I wanted to do my Christmas shopping here again this year.but I won't comply with rules made by hypocrites or tyrants. I'll start spending my money elsewhere.

I have NEVER in my life experienced such poor customer service.

I went into the store on Sunday around 4: 30 pm. I didn't get the employee's name but he had dark hair- the other employee had a hat. I seriously hope this person gets spoken with by management and I don't normally feel this way.

I asked for help with sock to see if there were more in the back of the store (not on display) and he goes "What you see is all we have, OBVIOUSLY". Later I tried to get a gift card for a specific amount for the purchase since I wasn't sure about sizes and styles and he says "we only offer $100 increments. " The amount of attitude that this man had and disrespect to a customer absolutely blew me away. Especially because I was treating him with respect and genuinely asking for help.

Bad experience, I got off of work and went to the store and one guy was following me all the time like if I was going to steal something, very uncomfortable.i work In construction I was kind of dirty Maybe my fault.

Been shopping here a couple of years, the staff has the best customer service out of any store I've ever been to. Alot of other businesses could learn alot from these great people, never a weak link
