My family and I have lived here for about a month now, and I everyone in the front office and Maintenance have been absolutely amazing. Want to give a shout out to the Maintenance, Jorge. He has always been there to help out with any issues our family have. The portal for the apartments and being able to use it in such a user-friendly way is definitely a plus! Obviously, moving in wasn’t perfect, there was a little kinks here and there, but the staff has been nothing but accommodating to every single part of our needs

Maintenance wasn’t the problem, he effectively fix our situation but the call center never transfer the call to the right person.he came because he was attending another issue in another apartment… our issue was never addressed to the maintenance staff… my apartment is 501

I went here for appointment to tour the apartment. I saw the photos on Zillow and was absolutely love it. I was so excited to see the apartment and apply for it. However, it became worst experience i have ever had. I confirmed my appointment for three times and they said it was okay for me to come and tour the apartment. Leaving jobs early, requesting time off, driving 30 minutes to get there and the lady there said that someone already applied for the apartment and got approved. So the apartment we were looking was no longer there. No one emailed me to let me know that the apartment was no longer available. The lady was supposed to give me a tour was sent home bc she was sick. No one communicated to me or emailed or gave a phone call. They even confirmed my appointment 2 hours before the start time. All they said was because they were not reviewing my interest before they confirmed my tour appointment. Very disappointed and unprofessional leasing office. Wasted my time.

Jorge provided professional, outstanding and attention to detail service. The property management and maintenance are very responsive. I enjoy living here. I like the environment, landscape is beautiful and the pool is regularly cleaned.
